Yungblud is taking a step back from the road.
On Saturday, Nov. 15, the Doncaster-born musician (whose real name is Dominic Harrison) shared a lengthy post on his Instagram Stories revealing that a doctor had ordered him to cancel the remainder of his 2025 Idols World Tour dates.
While noting how “truly unbelievable” and “lucky” he feels about his life and career this year, Yungblud shared he’d need to prioritize his health.
“This week when I got home off the road, and went to have some tests done (like I usually do) and my voice and blood tests have raised some concerns,” he wrote. “It is in my nature to run and run until I run myself into the ground without giving a f— about anything apart from the music and you guys but this time I’ve been told I have to take it seriously and can’t f— around.”
He also told fans that U.S. tickets will be refunded, and fans who share an address will receive “a gift.”
“My heart is broken,” Yungblud wrote. “I don’t want [to] do any lasting damage to myself, we are on a journey that I want to last forever. I understand that some of you will be frustrated. I just want you to know this is so hard for me to do but I promise I will make it up to you.”
He added: “I never take anyone’s love support or energy for granted. You know you are everything to me. But I need this time.”
Yungblud then noted that he will see fans in the U.S. “next year” and he’s already looking to shows “that will be more affordable for next year” in Mexico and Latin America.
“It’s gonna be unbelievable,” he wrote. “I can’t wait.”

Yungblud’s canceled shows include stops in Philadelphia on Wednesday, Nov. 19, Cleveland on Sunday, Nov. 23, and Washington, D.C. on Nov. 25 and Nov. 26, as well as dates in Mexico City and Latin America locations.
Last month, Yungblud shared his collaboration with Aerosmith, “My Only Angel.”
The track will be featured on a five-song collaborative EP, One More Time, which is due Friday, Nov. 21 and marks Aerosmith’s first new work since their 2012 album, Music From Another Dimension!
