Which ‘Love Is Blind U.K.’ Season 1 Couples Are Still Together?

Bobby and Jasmine left the pods hand-in-hand after connecting straight away. Bobby proposed after rapping a poem in which he shared his feelings, and the two wed in the season 1 finale.

In February 2025, the couple revealed that they were trying to have a child, but were experiencing difficulties conceiving.

“In the beginning, we were very naive. [I thought] I was going to get pregnant as soon as we had sex,” Jasmine told Grazia. “Obviously, that’s not the case.”

Later that same June, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child together via a music video.

“We’ve been keeping a secret 🤫, I’ve pictured your tiny face a thousand times. I’ve dreamt of this moment long before I knew how good life could get,” Jasmine captioned the clip on Instagram. “Then I met your dad and the rest was written in love 🤍.”

In the video, Bobby rapped a song about parenthood, singing, “I was lost but now I’m found, well ever since you rescued me / We sit and talk on rainy days, just debating baby names.”

Benaiah Grunewald Brydie and Nicole Stevens

Although Benaiah and Nicole got engaged after the pods, they remained one of season 1’s strongest couples, ultimately getting married during the final episode.

The couple are still together today and are planning another wedding, Beniaiah told Netflix’s Tudum in June 2025. His family couldn’t be there for the first ceremony, since his grandfather was ill.

“It’s important for me to celebrate our marriage and the journey we’ve been through and where we are now,” he added.

Since Love Is Blind U.K. season 1 wrapped up, the couple have spent some time traveling, often posting photos on social media. In June 2025, they returned to Corfu, Greece, where they went on their honeymoon, per Instagram.

Steven Smith and Sabrina Egerton

Despite getting married in the season finale, Steven and Sabrina revealed during the reunion that they were no longer together.

As of June 2025, they were in the process of getting an annulment, per Netflix’s Tudum.

“In the real world, you’ve got the added pressures of work, lack of sleep, et cetera,” Steven told the outlet. “We just weren’t compatible. We had different communication styles and expectations of each other, particularly when under pressure. Obviously, the distance, that just magnified everything.”

Sabrina, meanwhile, felt that things were one-sided. “I don’t think he really thought about what the magnitude of a marriage was,” she said. “You see him telling my family that he has the flexibility to come and spend time in Belfast. But three days after the cameras stop rolling, he tells me that he’s not in a position to spend time in Belfast.”

Both Steven and Sabrina told Tudum that they are currently single and not looking to enter any serious relationships in the near future.

Steven has continued working in fitness. Sabrina, meanwhile, has gotten involved in F1, posting partnerships from a number of races.

Freddie Powell and Catherine Richards

Freddie and Catherine didn’t get married in the season 1 finale, with Freddie walking away on the wedding day. In June 2025, Freddie told Netflix’s Tudum that they have remained friends, but that it “wasn’t to be” romantically.

Since the series wrapped, Catherine has begun dating fellow Love Is Blind U.K. alum Jake Singleton-Hill. Jake was also in the pods — and even got engaged to another contestant, per Cosmopolitan — but producers didn’t follow his story in season 1.

Freddie, meanwhile, is currently starring on on season 3 of Netflix’s Perfect Match. In the show, he had a connection with Madison Errichiello from Love Is Blind season 8, but they haven’t revealed their current relationship status.

In July 2025, he told PEOPLE that he’s looking for his “twin flame.”

“We don’t have to be the same person, but just somebody that I can vibe with and understands me as a person and what I can offer and what can they can offer to me as well,” he continued.

Ollie Sutherland and Demi Brown

While Demi and Ollie didn’t get married at the end of season 1, they didn’t close the door on a future relationship. However, the couple shared at the reunion that they hadn’t pursued things further.

“We’re in a really good place now and genuinely best friends,” Ollie told Netflix’s Tudum in June 2025. “We speak quite regularly, comment on each other’s Instagrams, and wind each other up. I’m glad that not making it to marriage wasn’t necessarily the end of our friendship.”

Demi is currently single. She has continued to advocate for women with endometriosis, which she spoke about on the show.

“I don’t know what the future looks like,” she told Netflix’s Tudum. “But if I can keep being an advocate and bring awareness to something that has crippled me and knocked my confidence back, I want to be able to do that.”

Ollie, meanwhile, appeared on season 3 of Perfect Match. He found a connection with Amber Desiree “AD” Smith from Love Is Blind season 6, and they shared that they were engaged during the Love Is Blind season 8 reunion.

In May 2025, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child together. They told PEOPLE in July 2025 that they had decided on a name for their baby girl.

“We’ve got a name, but it’s remaining top secret, and funny enough, I was pleasantly surprised at how aligned we were very, very early on,” Ollie said. “Probably like the first two or three names, we got the one, and it just shows how aligned we are in like the way we think and everything.”

Tom Stroud and Maria Benkhermaz

Tom and Maria split on their wedding day, with Tom telling Netflix’s Tudum that they didn’t “match … in terms of our values.”

Since the show, Maria, who is currently single, has found a newfound confidence in herself, telling the outlet, “[I’m] sort of just waking up really positive every day.”

She’s also spoken up about representing Muslim women on the series, saying, “They’ve shown me nothing but endless love and it’s just made me feel so much better about actually going down this route, because I was quite nervous and anxious.”

Maria continues to work as a makeup artist. She also interviews people on the street about dating for her social media accounts.

Tom, meanwhile, described himself to Netflix’s Tudum as “hideously single.” “Lately, I’ve tried to keep away from a lot of my DMs,” he added.

Since the show, has started a podcast, Why Do Men…?, and founded a men’s community called “The Shoulder to Shoulder.”
