Tommy Lee shut down divorce rumors with a recent photo.
On Saturday, Sept. 6, the Mötley Crüe co-founder and drummer shared a PDA-packed photo with wife Brittany Furlan Lee.
“Happy Birthday lover!!!!” Lee, 62, captioned the snap.
In the image, the Methods of Mayhem musician can be seen wearing a newsboy cap, a black T-shirt and a silver chain around his neck as he kisses the internet personality on the cheek.
Furlan, 39, appears to be smiling in a leather vest and silver cross chain around her neck with her arm wrapped around her husband’s arm.
In July, Lee shut down speculation of a breakup between him and Furlan following a catfish scandal earlier in the year.
He shared a photo of himself on Instagram with Furlan posing happily together on July 19, squashing any rumors of a split.
Alongside the selfie of them smiling outdoors, Lee captioned the post, “Hey fake news we’re not separated or divorced!! Get your s— together!!”
The couple tied the knot in February 2019 after about two years of dating.

However, in May 2025, fans speculated Lee and Furlan may have broken up after Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke claimed on Instagram and TikTok that the actress and comedian was catfished by someone posing as him.
Later, Furlan shared her side of the story to TikTok, confirming she was staying “in a hotel” amid “a really tough time in my marriage.”
She also claimed someone pretending to be Radke “started trying to seduce me” via Snapchat.
Furlan revealed that after Radke determined someone was pretending to be him on social media, they spoke over Instagram DMs, and she subsequently asked him to leave her and Lee alone.
“It’s a catfish, cool. I got catfished. Why are you still harassing me?” she said. “Why are you sending me hundreds of messages? Why are you trolling me? I don’t give a f—. I unfollowed you. Leave me alone. That’s it.”
Furlan noted that she told Lee “everything” about the messages, leading him to “freak out” and message Radke.
“You’ve blown up my whole life on social media,” she said in the clip. “This is embarrassing for me, embarrassing for my husband.”
On May 16, Lee appeared to address the situation on Instagram, writing, “Who’s been catfished?”
Furlan later noted the situation “weirdly brought us together” on the June 4 episode of her This Is the Worst podcast.
“The big thing is healing,” she said of her and Lee’s relationship. “We’ve been through this situation similarly before and it’s hard.”
Furlan continued: “All I can say is that relationships are complicated and everyone has their s— and we’re not immune to that just because we’re in the public eye.”
