The Tell Me Lies set is full of real-life love.
A source confirms to PEOPLE that stars Sonia Mena and Spencer House — who have played onscreen couple Pippa and Wrigley since the hit Hulu show’s premiere in 2022 — are also a couple in real life. While it’s not clear when exactly their romance began, the source says the two have been dating for several years.
Reps for Mena, House and Hulu did not reply to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
Fans began speculating about Mena and House’s romance after the show’s makeup artist, Jenny Lin, mentioned their relationship in a recently published Substack interview.
“[Spencer] and Sonia, who plays Pippa, are together in real life, and they’re just so nice,” Lin said. “It’s so cute to have one big family, and we all love each other.”

There are three additional couples in the show’s cast. Series leads Grace Van Patten and Jackson White — who play Lucy Albright and Stephen Demarco, respectively — have been dating since season 1.
Show creator Meaghan Oppenheimer is also married to Tom Ellis, who joined the show for season 2 to play Oliver, a professor who has an affair with college student Bree (Cat Missal). The couple are parents to a 2-year-old daughter.
Oppenheimer told PEOPLE that she and her husband “really weirdly work very, very well together” despite people assuming it would be weird. “It’s so not weird for us,” she said.
Ellis has said that joining his wife’s series was a “no-brainer.”

Meanwhile, Branden Cook, who plays Evan, is engaged to Katherine Hughes, who plays one of Evan’s love interests Molly.
“People are really nice and really sweet when they see us together and they kind of put the pieces together,” Cook told PEOPLE of fans’ reaction to his real-life relationship. “It’s really sweet.
