John Mellencamp Says Daughter Teddi Mellencamp Is “Really Sick” Amid Stage 4 Cancer Battle
Teddi Mellencamp is continuing on her journey.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum gave an update on her condition amid her stage 4 brain cancer battle in her first appearance on her podcast in months.
“I’ve been doing a lot of therapy, a lot of rest, a lot of hanging with the family,” Teddi told Tamra Judge on the Jan. 15 episode of their Two T’s in a Pod. “A lot of trying to get myself together because, apparently, I’m struggling with massive PTSD.”
The 44-year-old explained that her PTSD was “from everything that happened” with her health.
“I didn’t really realize it, so I’m starting to feel a little better,” she explained. “The cloud is lifting.”
After Teddi realized that she was coming up on the one-year mark of her diagnosis, Tamra recalled being with her when signs of her brain tumors started to become apparent.
“It wasn’t that long ago,” the Real Housewives of Orange County star said, “that we were [in] New Orleans for the Super Bowl and you were having such bad headaches.”
