Teddi Mellencamp was spotted cozying up to a mystery man on a walk in Encino, Calif.
Mellencamp, 43, was seen wearing a taupe jacket and a Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) baseball cap, while the man wore a classic white T-shirt, black baseball cap and sunglasses.
The pair were photographed out on a stroll together, with the man wrapping his arm around Mellencamp’s shoulders and waist as she placed a hand on his arm.
PEOPLE understands Mellencamp is dating, though it is not someone from the equestrian community.
A representative for Mellencamp did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
Mellencamp previously opened up about dating amid her divorce from husband Edwin Arroyave on the March 21 episode of the Diamonds in the Rough podcast with Erika Jayne.

Last month, Mellencamp shared that she was responding to immunotherapy but she will need to continue to have the treatment for the next two years.
