Taylor Swift revealed the oh-so-relatable phrase that Kylie Kelce uses when negotiating with her husband Jason Kelce and their young daughters.
Swift, 35, was the extra special guest on this week’s episode of her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s podcast, New Heights, co-hosted by his brother Jason, 37. During the episode, the superstar singer recalled the phrase that Kylie, 33, used when her husband was wilding out at the Chiefs vs. Bills playoff game in January 2024.
Recalling Jason’s shirtless shenanigans during the game, Swift, who was in attendance, said, “One of the first things I saw was that you said to Kylie, ‘I was just shotgunning beers with the Bills mafia, and I really wanna go through one of the fire tables, I wanna jump onto the flaming table.’ And she goes, ‘OK, can we not do that right now?'”

Swift’s delivery broke Jason and Travis into laughter, with Travis chiming in, “Yeah, Ky,” as Swift continued recalling, “And since then, I’ve heard her say that exact thing to your 4-year-old, about like, ‘Mommy, I wanna throw this pudding on the wall, wouldn’t that be fun?'”
“Yeah, that’s a common phrase,” Jason replied.
Jason and Kylie, who married in 2018, are parents to daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finnley, who was born in March.
Swift said her boyfriend’s brother and his wife were “exactly” as she thought they’d be after meeting them, and described the couple as the “realest, the smartest, the coolest” during the episode.
Swift’s appearance on the podcast sent Swifties into a frenzy when she was confirmed as the guest.
During a particularly emotional moment of the episode, Swift got vulnerable when detailing her extensive process to regain the rights to her music. “I thought about not owning my music every day. It was like an intrusive thought I had every day,” Swift shared of her mindset ahead of her May announcement that she had purchased her old music back.
The “So High School” singer continued, “I want it because this is my hand-written diary entries from my whole life,” she explained. “These are the songs I wrote about every phase of my life. This is my photography, my music videos, most of which I funded, my artwork. Everything that I’ve ever done is in this catalogue.”
Elsewhere on the podcast, the star announced her new album The Life of a Showgirl, which is set for release on Oct. 3.
