NEED TO KNOW
The 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards are almost here!
iHeartMedia and FOX Entertainment announced the full list of nominees for this year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards on Wednesday, Jan. 7. Taylor Swift leads with nine nods, followed by Alex Warren, Sabrina Carpenter and Bad Bunny with eight each.
Swift, 36, had a major 2025 with the release of her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, and its lead single “The Fate of Ophelia,” which has spent nine weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.

Warren, 25, also scored a No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 this year with “Ordinary,” as did Carpenter, 26, with “Manchild.” Bad Bunny’s latest album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos, hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in January 2025, and he’s set to headline the Super Bowl LX halftime show next month.
“This is an annual awards show made exclusively for fans, celebrating the biggest songs and artists they’ve loved listening to on iHeartRadio stations and our iHeartRadio app all year long,” read a statement from John Sykes, President of Entertainment Enterprises and Tom Poleman, Chief Programming Officer of iHeartMedia.
Sykes and Poleman added, “FOX viewers will also get an exclusive preview of some of the songs they’ll be listening to in the Summer of ‘26.”
The iHeartRadio Music Awards honors the most-played music on iHeartRadio stations and the company’s app. Fans can vote on the iHeartRadio website for some categories, while others will be decided via social media voting, which is open through March 19.
Performers and presenters for this year’s ceremony will be announced at a later date.
The 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards will air live on FOX from Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Thursday, March 26.
