Sunday Rose Posts Candid Pic of Mom Nicole Kidman in Fashion Week Recap

Sunday Rose is taking fans inside her whirlwind trip to Paris Fashion Week with mom Nicole Kidman.

On Monday, Oct. 20, the model posted a series of images taken during the trip, which took place following the news of Kidman’s split from Keith Urban. The Oscar winner, 58, filed for divorce from the country singer, 57 on Sept. 30.

The Instagram carousel included a candid image of the Babygirl actress dressed casually in a trench coat and sweater and throwing a peace sign for the camera.

Sunday, who made her runway debut in the Miu Miu show last fall, also included a backstage photo of her fitting for the Dior fashion show that took place on Oct. 1. She also shared a cool snapshot of her and cousin, Lucia Hawley, at the Miu Miu Womenswear Spring/Summer 2026 show on Oct. 6.

She captioned the post, “pfw film.”

During their trip, Kidman also made a surprise appearance at the Chanel show (with her breakup bangs making their big debut) on Oct. 6, just hours after she was named the new ambassador for the fashion house. She was accompanied by Sunday as well as her youngest daughter, Faith, 14.

In a behind-the-scenes video for Vogue, Kidman admitted that she had pre-show jitters. “I’m just very nervous,” she said. “I have my daughters coming with me, but I’m very excited for [creative director] Matthieu [Blazy] because this is a big moment for him. To be able to celebrate him with his first show with Chanel and the beginning of an incredible journey together is exciting.”

In September, PEOPLE confirmed Kidman and Urban’s split after 19 years of marriage. The couple share daughters Sunday and Faith. A source revealed that splitting ways was a difficult decision for Kidman. “She didn’t want this,” they said. “She has been fighting to save the marriage.”

Since then, the Practical Magic star has leaned on her family for comfort. “Nicole’s sister [Antonia] has been a rock and the entire Kidman family has come together to support one another,” the insider shared.

A source close to the family also told PEOPLE in August that Kidman, Sunday and Faith “have been inseparable” all summer.

“While Keith has been away on tour all summer, Nicole and her daughters have been inseparable, spending time together bonding,” they revealed. “Now the focus is back to school in Nashville, where Nic has been getting the girls ready for the new year.”

In her first interview with Nylon magazine, Sunday opened up about the rules her parents set upon her entering the modeling business. “The first was that I couldn’t explore any kind of fashion work until I was 16, and the second is that school always has to come first, which at first I hated, but I am actually really glad that I have these rules in place because it keeps me in a good mindset,” she said.
