Savannah Chrisley is all for injectables.
During the latest episode of the Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley podcast, the 28-year-old reality star was joined by her mom, Julie Chrisley, where the two discussed Savannah’s preference for healthy foods.
“Your dad went to Sam’s or Costco with me and he bought the waffles he wanted; they’re in the freezer,” Julie, 52, recalled. “[Savannah’s] like, ‘Why are these in the freezer?’ and I’m like, ‘Because it’s what your dad wanted.’ [She said] ‘Well, we don’t eat those.'”

“I will be the first to get my face injected with some Botox,” Savannah admitted.
The Chrisley Knows Best star has previously opened up about undergoing cosmetic procedures. In a July 15 episode of her podcast, alongside her plastic surgeon, Dr. Charlie Galanis. Savannah detailed her experience with liposuction, a cosmetic enhancement that removes fat from and contours specific areas of the body, such as the stomach, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms or neck, per Mayo Clinic.
I was going through all kinds of s— with my endometriosis,” she revealed when discussing having liposuction. “I had taken this medication, and I gained 40 pounds in like three months. It was crazy. And I had to do this, like, campaign shoot, and I hated how I looked.”
She didn’t specify exactly what year she had her surgery, but she said the whole thing “happened fast” and occurred around Christmas time, “a while ago.”
According to the World Health Organization, endometriosis is a disease that occurs when “tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus.” The condition can cause “severe pain in the pelvis and make it hard to get pregnant.” Chrisley shared her diagnosis in 2020 and had undergone three surgeries.
“I went to Beverly Hills, mom went with me, I did the surgery. And for me, it was just, I felt like s—. I didn’t like how I looked,” Savannah explained. She said that the feeling “took a toll” on her physically, emotionally and mentally.

The podcaster also shared how the procedure has improved her confidence.
“Speaking from personal experience, when I got my lipo done, I felt like, when you can look in the mirror and see a difference, it made me want to live healthier. When I saw the results, I was like, oh my gosh. I wanna keep this up,” she said, adding that she looked like a “totally different human being” after.
