NEED TO KNOW
Sami Sheen doesn’t stand for toxicity.
The 21-year-old model took to TikTok to offer some relationship advice just two days before news broke of mom Denise Richards’ divorce. In the video, titled, “How to remove the rose colored glasses in a toxic relationship,” Sheen revealed how she maintains healthy boundaries.
“If you’re dating someone toxic but you don’t really know if they’re toxic — like deep down you know — but you’re like, ‘Is it that bad? I can look past this. He’s so good to me some days but then other days he treats me like s—,’” she began. “You have to ask yourself, if you had a daughter, and she was dating a man like this, what would you tell her? And then, boom, you’re like, okay, I would tell her to break up with him, block him, move on, he’s a piece of s—, treats her like s—.”
“I don’t know, that works for me,” she continued. “Because sometimes, it’s so easy for me to overlook everything. But imagine having a kid and she’s getting treated like this. Absolutely the f— not.”
Sheen acknowledged that she is “naturally a very motherly person.”
She added that the key to her method is looking at herself as an outsider.
“Just imagine your friend in this situation, or your mom, or your sibling,” she said of toxic relationships. “Picturing someone else in your exact situation and if they came to you being like, ‘Hey, my boyfriend is doing X,Y and Z to me, I need your advice,’ you need to tell them what to do, and there’s your answer.”
She concluded: “I understand more than anyone it is so hard and almost feels impossible sometimes to get out of a toxic relationship and the judgement from people when you keep going back to that person. It’s a whole cycle. So I understand it’s not easy, but this is just a tip to help you have a clear head a little bit.”
The day prior, Sheen shared a message about “dealing with a narcissistic man.”
The OnlyFans star explained that “you cannot reason with crazy, and a lot of men are crazy” in her post.
“It is such a waste of energy having to deal with people like that,” she said.
Sheen stayed on the same wavelength in another clip on Tuesday, July 8, with a short clip of her doing her makeup with a friend and “this and no men >>” written across the screen.

This came one day after Sheen’s stepdad, Aaron Phypers, filed for divorce from Richards, 54, citing “irreconcilable differences.” According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Phypers listed their date of separation as July 4, nearly seven years after they tied the knot in September 2018.
Per the docs, Phypers, 52, requested spousal support from Richards and asked to keep their assets and debts as separate property, including his power tools, motorcycle and sports car.
The couple share no minor children. Richards previously shared that Phypers was in the process of adopting her daughter Eloise, 14, but it is unclear if the adoption was ever made official.
