NEED TO KNOW
Rob Kardashian has officially made his return to TV.
During the season 7 premiere of The Kardashians, which dropped on Oct. 22, the 38-year-old arrived at the family’s old home, which they call El Dorado Meadow, for a farewell dinner before Kris Jenner sold it.
The family matriarch said it “means the world” that Rob is there for the special occasion, particularly since it marks his first time appearing on the Hulu reality series, which began in 2022, and his first time appearing on camera at all since 2016.
“Yes, guys, you heard right. I know everyone is hoping that Rob comes back to the show, and trust me, we are too,” Khloé said in a confessional.
“Rob is doing well, he’s alive,” his sister continued. “The conspiracies run wild. One of the main ones is that he lives with me. He’s in our shadows and we don’t wanna have him around us. He’s not a miserable person who lives under a bridge… We’re totally fine.”

Kourtney also offered a rare comment on her relationship with her brother, as she said, “We’re very similar in a lot of ways.”
“He’s super sweet, the funniest person I know. I love having him around,” she said, and her son, Reign, 10, is also a big fan of Rob (Kris called the uncle and nephew pair “two peas in a pod”).
Kim showed her brother some love, too. “I do miss having him on the show, ’cause he’s just so funny,” she said in a confessional.
“It would be great if he would regularly be back on. That’s the goal.”

Rob regularly appeared on E!’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the family’s first reality series, which concluded in 2020 after 20 seasons, but has made a conscious effort to avoid the cameras ever since 2016, when he and his then-fiancée Blac Chyna starred in a self-titled reality series.
He said on Khloé’s podcast earlier this year, though, that he has “nothing against” being around his family, but he’s a “homebody and I just choose, like I said, my peace and happiness.”
“I mean, I love filming if it’s positive and if it’s natural and I’m feeling good about myself. Then, of course, and I’m comfortable,” he said.

What holds him back is not feeling “comfortable in my skin,” he admitted. “[I don’t] wanna be filming and putting myself in a position where I’m not comfortable.”
“I’m not gonna just put myself out there if I’m not comfortable with myself. I haven’t been comfortable with myself in years,” Rob continued. “And I choose my own happiness and peace [over] just filming for somebody who doesn’t do anything for me in my personal life.”
