NEED TO KNOW
Noah Kahan is a married man!
The Grammy-nominated “Stick Season” singer has tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, a rep for Kahan tells PEOPLE exclusively.
“We can confirm that Noah Kahan married his partner in an intimate ceremony in their home state of Vermont on August 23rd,” the rep said in a statement. “On behalf of the couple, who greatly value their privacy, we respectfully ask that no additional details, photos or video be shared publicly unless they choose to do so in their own time.”
Kahan, 28, previously gave his then-fiancée — whose name he has chosen to keep private — a shoutout in an October 2024 Instagram post that marked the end of his Stick Season tour, which came in support of his breakthrough 2022 album of the same name.
The singer-songwriter noted that amid his massive success, he’d dealt with “hard moments,” through which he was supported by his inner circle.

“I was cheered on through it all by my fiancée, by my parents and siblings, my incredible band, my management and the extraordinary crew of folks who all gave 2.5 years of their life to this magical sequence of dreams, this spiral of hotel rooms and dark basements and cramped event center hallways,” he wrote. “I owe a great debt to all of them, I hope they can all feel my gratitude.”
He also shared a sweet message to his partner in the liner notes of his 2023 album Stick Season (We’ll All Be Here Forever), which features the song “Forever,” about a lifelong love that he “won’t ever let” go.
“To my fiancée, you’re the air I breathe, you are everything and whatever is left after that,” he wrote in the dedication. “I could spend the rest of my life thanking you for getting me through this, and I promise I will. I love you to the moon and back.”
Vermont, where Kahan tied the knot, is near and dear to his heart, and it was the inspiration behind much of Stick Season.
“I was pretty much just bored all the time,” he told PEOPLE in 2022 of growing up in Strafford. “I love where I grew up, [but] I felt like I had cultivated a really good sense of imagination as a little kid, and this creativity that comes from having to create your own excitement when you’re living in a place that’s small, and where you know everybody and you see everything.”
The album, which hit No. 2 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, helped earn Kahan a Best New Artist nomination at the 2024 Grammy Awards.
