Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have had their parenting plan set up for weeks, court documents obtained by PEOPLE reveal.
On Tuesday, Sept. 30, the Babygirl actress, 58, filed for divorce from her country singer husband, 57, and asked to become the primary residential parent of the former couple’s two daughters, Faith Margaret, 14, and Sunday Rose, 17.
Alongside Urban and Kidman’s custody arrangement, the documents also showed that the two signed their parenting plan weeks ago. Kidman’s signature was dated on Sept. 6, while Urban’s signature was from Aug. 29.

Kidman’s request to become the primary residential parent, which was agreed upon by the former couple prior to filing, also shows that she’ll have the girls for 306 days out of the year while Urban will have them for 59 days.
The actress filed for divorce in Nashville, where the couple has lived since 2007, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. She listed their date of separation as the date of filing, and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
The former couple were married in June 2006 after meeting at a gala in Los Angeles the year prior, and share their two daughters. Kidman is also mom to daughter Bella and son Connor, whom she shares with ex-husband Tom Cruise.

Ahead of Kidman’s divorce filing, a source told PEOPLE that the actress “didn’t want this,” and had been “fighting to save the marriage.”
“Nicole’s sister [Antonia] has been a rock and the entire Kidman family has come together to support one another,” they added.
The estranged couple’s separation comes after a summer apart, as Kidman was filming Practical Magic 2 in London and Urban was traveling on his High and Alive World Tour.
A second source told PEOPLE after the pair’s separation that their separation “really hasn’t been a secret,” and the stars have “been living separately for a while now.”
“People close to Keith felt like the split was kind of inevitable,” the source added.
