NEED TO KNOW
Nicole Beharie is sharing the advice that she turns to Jennifer Aniston for.
In an interview with Glamour published on Tuesday, Sept. 2, the 40-year-old actress opened up about a recent moment she shared with her Morning Show costar.
“While we were at the photo shoot, I was asking Jen about supplements and doctors and things like that,” Beharie told the outlet. “We don’t have a lot of time to talk about that on set, but seeing people take care of themselves and look amazing [is important to me]. We all look the same age, so I want to know what someone’s doing.”
Aniston, 56, is often vocal about health and wellness, whether sharing some of her go-to supplements or her diet and exercise routines.
“As far as aging gracefully, I have an eternal fountain of optimism and positivity. Call it youth if you want. But I think it all starts with how we love our bodies and love where we are,” Aniston said. “I’m not going to say I don’t get the facials and the lasers and all that good stuff. I mean, I’m maintained. I’m not going to just go down and let these gray hairs take over. So it’s perspective, and also knowing that this is our one body. It’s a mindset.”

Earlier this year, Aniston spoke to PEOPLE about some of the secrets to her health.
“I drink ARMRA Colostrum first thing in the morning, with room temperature water and a whole lemon squeezed into it,” she revealed in January.
In the “colder months,” the actress said she will add additional ingredients to spice up the concoction.
“I’ll steep a little teaspoon of ginger, which is good for your digestion and your immune system, and then I’ll put a little drop of Manuka honey,” she said. “It’s so delicious served hot.”
According to Aniston, taking care of herself — whether through monitoring what she eats and drinks or by making sure her mind and body are in tip-top shape — is of the utmost importance.
That’s why over the years, she’s enjoyed spreading the knowledge. “I love to share anything, any health tips, food tips, sleep tips,” Aniston said. “I actually love to hear those, but I also love to share information that I learn.”
The Morning Show’s fourth season debuts on Sept. 17 on Apple TV+.
