Michael B. Jordan and social media star Jordan Howlett teamed up for a collaboration that has viewers seeing double.
On Friday, Sept. 26, the 27-year-old influencer — who is best known by his username, @Jordan_the_Stallion8 — posted a video alongside the Sinners star, who imitated Howlett’s iconic video style while sporting his signature glasses, too.
“Come here,” Jordan, 38, began, pushing the camera’s view closer before zooming back out again. In the background of the video, a confused looking Howlett can be seen standing by in an identical long sleeve shirt as the one the actor is wearing.
The Black Panther actor shared a fun fact — “Lemon juice can erase highlighter ink” — then tossed the glasses over his shoulder towards the influencer. Howlett fumbled to catch his eyewear before wondering aloud, “Is that true? Is that actually a thing?”
The Instagram Reel then cut to the two men wearing chef’s clothing and hats. “And I also got some recipes, too,” Jordan said as he passed a plated pastry to the content creator, who asked when the Hollywood star made the dessert.
“It’s probably not that good,” Howlett said before taking a bite and throwing off his glasses in feigned frustration, adding, “It’s delicious.”
Howlett’s unexpected collab is wowing fans with musician TiaCorine commenting, “How many pairs of glasses do you have man???” Meanwhile, director Taika Waititi wrote, “🤣🤣🤣🙌,” and TikTok star r Mikaaa Meeks added, “stopppppppp. mikeyyy bbbbbbbbb 🙌🏾✨.”

The viral sensation — who has 13.4 million Instagram followers and another 15.2 million on TikTok — put aside the jokes to praise Jordan in his caption, writing, “Such a sweet person. And had a fun time filming #Food.”
Jordan isn’t the first Hollywood icon Howlett has collaborated with recently. He’s also enlisted Shakira to toss his glasses, Ryan Coogler — who he joked with about being his lookalike alongside Jordan — and even the cast of Superman for videos.
