Lorrie Morgan performed at three separate shows this weekend — just one week after the death of her husband, Randy White.
On Friday, June 6, the country star, 65, performed at the Mountain Arts Center in Prestonsburg, Ky., with her son Jesse Keith Whitley as the show’s opening act.
She wore denim pants with a pink top and sparkly jacket as she sang hits including “Good as I Was to You” and “A Picture of Me (Without You.)”
Morgan returned to the stage the next day to perform at the CMA Fest in Nashville. Later that same day, she shared a video on Facebook revealing that she then performed at the Grand Ole Opry with a set list that included her new single “Me and Tequila” from her album Dead Girl Walking.

The group of performances from Morgan came just days after White died at age 72 on June 1, one year after he was diagnosed with mouth cancer.
“Randy has been my partner, my champion and my rock for 17 years. Our big, wonderful family and I are devastated at the loss of this truly kind and incredible man,” Morgan wrote in a statement announcing her husband’s death. “I was blessed by his love. Ran-Ran, I will love and miss you forever.”
Visitation and funeral arrangements for White are set to take place on June 16 and June 17, respectively. Both are open to the public.

Visitation will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. local time at the Springhill Cemetery in Madison, Tenn., while the funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family is encouraging donations be made to local humane shelters in White’s name, pets be adopted or a tree be planted in his honor. (White left behind two beloved dogs, named Puddin’ Marie Antoinette and Lil Mae Rose.)
Morgan and White, a retired entrepreneur, were married in a private beachside ceremony in September 2010.
The “Watch Me” singer announced White was undergoing treatment for mouth cancer in April 2024.
The pair shared Morgan’s two children and White’s four children, plus 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Morgan’s son Whitley, whom she shared with her late husband Keith Whitley, previously paid tribute to White on Facebook.
“The recent years of my life, all the way back to when I was 22-23 years old, this great man has been here and loved my mom, and also me & my sister as we were his own,” he wrote.
Added Whitley, “He has been the best grandfather for my kids they could ever ask for… He has shown unconditional love to my mother and been the most gentle soul to ever grace this entire family.”
