Liam Neeson isn’t just making money at the box office this week.
The actor has sold his New York City penthouse for $10.3 million, according to city property records filed on Monday, Aug 4, and reviewed by PEOPLE. The sale was first reported by the New York Post.
The Naked Gun star, 73, initially listed the 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom property, which is a combo of three separate units, for $10.75 million in March, according to the building’s website.
Matthew Coleman of Coleman Real Estate Group held the listing.
Neeson previously listed the 4,524 square feet home for $12.75 million in 2024, according to Architectural Digest, before pulling the listing. He and his late wife, Natasha Richardson, purchased the property in 1999 for around $3.9 million, according to Robb Report.

The listing explains that the home offers sweeping views of Central Park and glimpses of the Hudson River, being just one block away from the beloved tourist attraction.
Upon entering, there is a grand foyer that leads to a corner Great Room, an eat-in kitchen wrapped in windows, and a large adjacent corner family room. The primary suite boasts amenities such as a luxurious spa-like bath, a boudoir, and a home gym.
The home, meanwhile, is complete with a laundry room and custom-built-ins and window treatments throughout. The building offers a 24-hour doorman, concierge, a live-in super, and an Equinox gym with a swimming pool and basketball court.
Neeson has been making headlines lately, as his movie The Naked Gun just hit theaters last weekend, and a source confirmed to PEOPLE that he is dating his costar, Pamela Anderson, 58.
