Lauren Sánchez Bezos Celebrates Daughter Ella’s College Milestone With Rare Photo
Lauren Sánchez Bezos is priming herself for a new chapter.
The former Good Day L.A. anchor shared an emotional message after revealing her daughter Ella, 17, got accepted into college.
“I have tears in my eyes looking at this photo and knowing you will be heading off to college soon,” Lauren—who shares Ella and son Evan, 18, with ex-husband Patrick Whitesell—captioned a photo of her daughter in a unicorn onesie posted to her Instagram Stories Dec. 11. “Beyond proud of how hard you work.”
“I love you SO much,” she added in the post, on which she added Taylor Swift’s “Never Grow Up.” “Congratulations on getting into the college of your dreams.”
Lauren’s update on Ella comes just a few months after she moved Evan into college and reflected on his major milestone.
“Eighteen years of early mornings, late night snacks and family dinners … and then there he was building his own dorm cabinet,” Lauren captioned a photo of her son moving into his dorm on her Instagram Story in August. “A small thing but in that moment I saw the start of his next chapter.”
