Kim Kardashian is turning the tables on Kai Cenat, literally!
The Kardashians star, 44, was the inaugural guest on Cenat’s “Mafiathon 3” stream on Monday, Sept. 1, as she joined the 23-year-old streamer and his pals for some on-camera hijinks, a motivational speech and, at one point, an unexpected table-toss prank while Cenat kicked off his 30-day live-streaming marathon on Twitch.
During the stream, Kardashian tagged along for Cenat’s noodle game — basically, a challenge where the influencer and his friends take turns hitting each other on the head with pool noodles while participants wear helmets and don’t know which of their peers slapped them from behind.
And at one point, Kardashian took things to a new extreme.

In a clip from the stream shared widely on social media, Kardashian — with support from her eldest son Saint West, 9 — could be seen lifting a white table with apparent glass panelling and letting go of it right behind Cenat’s head before he jumped up in surprise.
As the table fell behind Cenat, shattering into pieces, the streamer looked behind him, cut the music, and asked his friends to fess up. “Who did that s—,” he asked, before emphasizing that a piece of furniture was tossed at him. Cenat’s pals and Saint then began pointing fingers, as Kardashian told her son not to “be a snitch.”
“I take accountability, I take accountability. It was me,” Kardashian eventually admitted.

The light-hearted moment was just one of many during Cenat’s latest stream, which is set to conclude on Sept. 30 after a month of guests and events.
It follows his first two Mafiathons, which took place in 2023 and 2024. Elsewhere during her Twitch appearance, Kardashian followed a tradition for Cenat’s streams by delivering an on-the-spot motivational speech for his viewers,
“I think it’s totally OK in life if you don’t know exactly what you want to do,” Kardashian said. “But I think the first part of figuring out what you want to do in life is just stepping out there, being disciplined, being patient and no matter how many setbacks there are, just even if its hard, still doing it.”
“Still making the moves no matter what. Just get out there and do what you want to do,” she added. “You can always start something new in life, no matter what it is, when it is. Just go for it.”
This wasn’t the first time one of Kardashian’s kids spent some time with Cenat. In June 2024, the streamer hung out with North West, now 12, during her 11th birthday as they painted, walked around Central Park and went skiing. Kardashian shares North, Saint, daughter Chicago, 7, and son Psalm, 6, with ex Kanye West.
Cenat, who announced Kardashian’s appearance the day before, has also revealed that on the 30th day of his latest marathon, LeBron James will be joining him — and potentially cutting Cenat’s hair when he hits 1 million subs.
