Jim Curtis is revealing how he and Jennifer Aniston became more than friends.
Indeed, the wellness expert shared rare insight into his and the Friends alum’s whirlwind romance, including how long the pair have been dating.
“A long time,” Jim said during a Jan. 26 appearance on Today regarding his relationship timeline with Jennifer, “months now, almost close to a year.”
As for how the two pivoted from friends to lovers? Well, the couple has mutual pals to thank for that.
“We were just introduced by friends,” Jim, 50, explained. “That’s it. We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to just chat.” He added, “It took a long time, we chatted for a long time and we became close.”
His comments come after giving Jen, 56, a subtle shoutout on social media while ringing in 2026.
“Some amazing things happened this year but it’s always the people who make it,” Jim wrote in a Jan. 1 Instagram post. “Can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store… got a few surprises cooking.”
