Saturday Night Live is back!
The late-night comedy sketch series returns for season 51 on Saturday, Oct. 3.
SNL went through a cast shakeup following its milestone 50th season. Devon Walker, Emil Wakim, Michael Longfellow, Heidi Gardner and Ego Nwodim all announced their exits in recent weeks, and the television series added some fresh faces to the mix for season 51, with Tommy Brennan, Jeremy Culhane, Ben Marshall, Kam Patterson and Veronika Slowikowska all joining as featured players, alongside returnees Ashley Padilla and Jane Wickline.
That group will join returning cast members Michael Che, Mikey Day, Andrew Dismukes, Chloe Fineman, Marcello Hernández, James Austin Johnson, Colin Jost, Sarah Sherman, Kenan Thompson and Bowen Yang.

Who is host and who is musical guest?
Bad Bunny is serving as host and Doja Cat will be the musical guest.
The occurrence makes the Latin rapper, 31, a two-time SNL host, while the season 51 premiere will mark the 29-year-old Vie artist’s debut as a musical performer.

SNL airs at 11:30 p.m. EST / 8:30 p.m. PST.

New episodes of SNL air live on NBC and Peacock on Saturdays, and they are later available to stream.
Who will host SNL next?
SNL — which won 15 Emmys this year for its milestone 50th season and the 50th anniversary special — will then see series alum Amy Poehler as host with musical guest Role Model on Oct. 11.
Viewers will then get a double dose of Sabrina Carpenter on the Oct. 18 episode, as the singer will pull double duty as both host and musical guest.
Saturday Night Live airs weekends on NBC.
