Couples looking for a hauntingly romantic place to tie the knot can now find the perfect venue on board Disney Cruise Line’s new ship, the Disney Destiny.
Beginning May 14, 2026, sailing out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, guests can tie the knot at the Haunted Mansion Parlor, a delightfully spooky venue that was inspired by a first-class drawing room from a classic cruise liner. The ornately decorated spot features deep purple wallpaper, cobwebs hanging from corners, and shifting portraits that make you wonder if you’re seeing things.
The parlor is decked out with lush furniture, including velvet chairs and rich leather sofas, while an otherworldly-looking creature guards the aquarium tank that appears as though it was just dredged up from the bottom of the sea. Eerie ghosts also make appearances in ornate mirrors hung on the wall.

Specialty cocktails don’t disappoint and include the Chilling Challenge: My Way, a theatrical drink which comes in a small wooden box and pours smoke the second it’s opened.
“This new experience is completely immersive,” Korri McFann, Marketing Director, Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons, tells PEOPLE of the space. “It will surprise and delight. I can’t imagine a more fun wedding.”
The intimate venue can accommodate up to 25 wedding guests, including the couple and wedding packages include an officiant and floral arrangements as well as a cake and champagne celebration served in another unique venue on the cruise ship.

“This is the first time that we’ve ever had weddings in the Haunted Mansion Parlor,” adds McFann, who notes that the space works for nuptials and vow renewal. “It’s a wonderful package for our couples on board with Disney Cruise Line. A beautiful ceremony, wonderful florals, an officiant, and of course, a lot of entertainment.”
Following the vows, newlyweds are then whisked off for a celebratory champagne toast and cake.
“We think the guests are going to absolutely love it,” says McFann.

These venues include: Magnolia Park Gazebo, immersed in New Orleans Square by Tiana’s Palace; Magnolia Park Terrace, just steps away from the eerie Haunted Mansion attraction; and Fantasy Faire Garden, set in the tranquil shadow of Sleeping Beauty Castle.
The new wedding venues are available now for ceremonies during pre-park hours. In addition to the ceremony location, also included is floral and décor, transportation to and from Disneyland Resort hotels, an officiant and a dedicated photographer.
