NEED TO KNOW
Hilaria Baldwin is headed to the ballroom.
The mom of seven will compete on the upcoming 34th season of Dancing with the Stars, PEOPLE can confirm.
She joins previously announced celebrity contestants Robert Irwin, Alix Earle and Mormon Wives stars Jen Affleck and Whitney Leavitt.
A rep for ABC did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment, and a rep for Hilaria could not be reached.
Hilaria has been fueling rumors that she might be joining DWTS in recent weeks as she’s been posting dancing videos on social media.
Hilaria, 41, and her husband Alec Baldwin have been getting some practice in ahead of her ballroom debut, and she’s been bringing her followers in on the fun.

Earlier this month, she called out the ABC series in a caption as she wrote, “DWTS here he comes” under a video of her and Alec, 67, dancing, before he started goofing off.
She’s also posted several solo videos of herself dancing and practicing her moves, all of which has fueled speculation amongst her fans that she’s headed to Dancing with the Stars.
Hilaria played coy in a recent interview when the topic of DWTS was brought up.
She told Extra that she’s been “enjoying all this manifesting” from her fans who are hoping she’s joining the upcoming season.
“I see it in my comments, there’s been a lot of people manifesting. It’s been a lot of fun manifesting, and let’s continue to manifest,” she said.
Hilaria then let Alec weigh in on the possibility of her joining the show. “Would you let me go and dance?” she asked him.
“Well, I suppose that could be arranged,” the actor said. “I suppose I would be convinced about that if there were certain parameters in place.”
He continued, “I want her to have fun, and this is a woman who loves to have fun. She’s a fun-seeking person. And I want her to go and do anything she wants to do.”
Dancing with the Stars will mark Hilaria’s second reality TV project this year.
In February, the couple made their family life even more public as the TLC series The Baldwins premiered, giving fans a look at the inner workings of the family of nine.
The timeline of filming the series happened to overlap with the Rust shooting trial, during which Alec was indicted for involuntary manslaughter over the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins in 2021, though the case was later dismissed.
Alec told PEOPLE it was a “unique time” for the family, but showed how honest they are. “It’s not like we’re staging anything or faking,” he said, calling the show “pretty authentic about how we live our lives.”
Hilaria said she has “no regrets” about making the show.
“I think it was during a time where I almost can’t believe that we agreed to do something during that time, and I’m really happy that we did,” she told PEOPLE. “So looking back through such surreal experiences and such a hectic and stressful and emotional time, it’s so nice to see it captured and so it’s almost like I learned so much about us through watching us, you know, it’s like a little bit on the outside perspective.”
