NEED TO KNOW
Is Hannah Fields in somewhat of a love triangle now that she’s left the Love Island USA villa? She’s not exactly sure.
The 23-year-old was dumped alongside Jeremiah Brown on the June 22 episode of the hit Peacock series, leaving behind Pepe Garcia-Gonzalez and breaking up one of the villa’s few solid couples. Now, she’s had some time to reflect on her journey — which started with Brit Charlie Georgio, before he was shockingly dumped earlier this season — and she’s shedding some new light on what went down in there and who she thinks she’ll pursue a relationship with in the real world.
Hannah says she had a “super mature” connection with Pepe.
She cried herself to sleep next to a photo booth picture of Charlie after he was dumped from the villa on June 15, but the next day, she was off on a beach date with bombshell Pepe, whom she’d hit it off with immediately.
“I think my connections with both of them were very different,” Hannah says. “And maybe it would’ve played out differently if Charlie was still there, but I saw a completely different side of Pepe after Charlie left, and I maybe would never have known that about him.”

Many of her and Pepe’s sweeter moments were “not shown,” she reveals. “Our connection was not really shown, but literally everyone was always taking pictures of us and being like, ‘Oh my gosh, so cute.'”
Hannah says she “really had a super mature connection with him, but we were also super silly.”
She didn’t get as deep into it with Charlie before he was dumped.
Hannah describes her connection with the Birmingham native as “a romantic best friend.”
“Me and Charlie just had this super funny [dynamic]. We were always cracking up, we were probably annoying everyone with how loud we were,” she says. “We’re always just in the pantry eating snacks. It was very, like, best friend.”

Pepe, though, “was more of a deeper connection,” she admits.
“But both of them, I would never change anything about either of them. It was both amazing, [they’re] amazing men.”
As Pepe continues his Love Island journey, Hannah only wants the best for him, but her fingers are crossed that he leaves the villa single.
While she would have been “losing my mind” at the idea of him exploring new connections in Casa Amor had she still been in the villa, now that she’s been dumped, it feels “different.”
“He deserves the world, and if he finds a connection that’s not me, at least I know that he’s happy, because I think he’s somebody that I know would not force anything,” she says of the 27-year-old. “I think if anything really works out for him, then that’s what’s meant to be.”
Regardless of what’s left to come this season, though, Hannah has her “fingers crossed that maybe he goes back out and he’s single.”
She’s open to talking to both Charlie and Pepe in the real world.
“I would definitely talk to both of them. I would like to see how our relationships could play out in the real world, because obviously it’s really, really, really different,” she says. “And you never know.”

Being together on the outside was something she and Pepe had “a lot of chats” about, “but I didn’t really have those as much with Charlie.”
“Only time will tell,” she adds. “I’m not forcing anything. I think it’s really up to how they both feel.”
