Gretchen Rossi and fiancé Slade Smiley revealed one NSFW story with her Real Housewives of Orange County costar.
During the new season 19 trailer, which dropped on Thursday, June 5, Gretchen, 46, and Slade, 51, confessed that one night in the bedroom resulted in an injury. The two were chatting with castmate Emily Simpson, when Gretchen abruptly reveals, “I broke his penis for real.”
The camera pans to Slade, who confirms it with a knowing nod. Gretchen then demonstrates the injury by bending her finger down while saying, “Like this!”
The trailer quickly cuts to other teasers of Gretchen’s return to the franchise after her departure following season 8 in 2013. She joined RHOC in 2008 during season 4, when she was engaged to Jeff Beitzel, who was 24 years her senior and had been diagnosed with cancer. He died by the time the season began airing, per Variety.
A year later, she began dating Slade, who was previously engaged to original cast member Jo De La Rosa. Gretchen then proposed to Slade in 2013, and their engagement aired during her final season on the show.

Gretchen returns to the show as a “friend of” the season 19 cast, which includes Emily, Shannon Beador, Heather Dubrow, Tamra Judge, Gina Kirschenheiter, Jennifer Pedranti and Katie Ginella.
While Gretchen is making her comeback over a decade later, she’s revisiting some old feuds. She and Tamra seem to be going head to head once more.
Later in the trailer, Emily tells Tamra, “Gretchen said you had an affair.” It then cuts to Emily on FaceTime with Slade, seemingly talking about the alleged affair, saying, “There’s audio of them having sex?!”
The trailer also features Tamra and Gretchen directly facing off, with the former yelling, “For 12 years you’ve been going after me.” But Gretchen slowly retorts, “It’s not the same thing.” The teaser also shows an emotional Tamra telling Heather that someone is “lying,” with Heather simply nodding her head as she takes in Tamra’s information.
While it’s unclear how intense the costars’ feuding becomes, it’s clear that their decade-old conflict has been reignited.
