‘Good Morning America’ Unveils 2025 Holiday Card as Its Hosts Reveal Their Favorite Holiday Traditions (Exclusive)

The Good Morning America crew is sending a season’s greeting to viewers!

On Dec. 9, GMA’s 2025 holiday card was revealed, featuring the familiar faces of 12 staffers, plenty of confetti, a cozy fireplace and a nice bow to tie it all together.

Inspired by the elegant Ralph Lauren aesthetic, the card features two images of the crew: One of Michael Strahan, Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos smiling by a warm fireplace with seasonal attire and hot beverages, and another featuring the extended GMA family with confetti.

That image also features Somara Theodore, Gio Benitez, Sam Champion, Ginger Zee, Will Reeve, Janai Norman, Whit Johnson, Lara Spencer and Rebecca Jarvis, alongside Strahan, Roberts and Stephanopoulos.

Champion and Zee unveiled a “larger-than-life” version of the card on air Tuesday, Dec. 9, emphasizing the “retro” aesthetic, including both a splash of plaid and jewel tones. Strahan also confirmed that the cookies were indeed real. “Trust me, I know,” he joked.

The GMA family is also giving PEOPLE some insight into their own holiday celebrations this year. Strahan will be “spending Christmas with family in a warm place that we all love.”

Stephanopoulos says he’ll be training his new pups Fig and Stanely.

Spencer is planning for her annual dinner. “We have a big Christmas Eve dinner with all my siblings, their kids, and our mom, and everyone opens one present,” she shares. “We light a huge fire, pouring eggnog, and sit together sharing stories. It’s my favorite night of the year.”

While Zee is scheduling a trip to South Florida and can’t wait to make “Christmas cookies with my boys.” She adds, “They really dive into the decorating! This year, my 9-year-old suggested using paintbrushes (probably inspired by all our Bob Ross watching), and the cookies turned out to be little works of art!”

Roberts is heading to Key West. “We string our bikes with colorful lights, and our dog Lukas rides in a basket wearing his Santa cap,” Roberts says of wife Amber Laign.

They also share a few of their favorite holiday memories and traditions — from “stockings by the fire with family” for Stephanopoulos to Strahan’s “holiday movies with the kids.”

“My favorite holiday tradition is enjoying a Christmas drink my mom used to make,” Roberts says. “She’d scoop green lime sherbet into a punch bowl, top it with ginger ale, and garnish it with strawberries — so festive with its green and red colors.”

As for Strahan, he fills PEOPLE in on the “best gift” he ever received during the holiday season: An electric train set and electric car track at age 7.

“It’s especially memorable because I can still recall the joy it brought me and how much fun I had sharing it with my brothers,” he says. “Those moments of playing together are what made it truly unforgettable.”
