Gavin Adcock didn’t mince his words during an incident at his most recent concert.
According to a fan video shared on TikTok, the country singer seemingly called out Nickelback’s sound guy for confronting Adcock’s during his Saturday, July 26 set during Rock the Country weekend in Anderson, South Carolina.
Nickelback, along with Kid Rock, were the headliners for the Anderson event.
The video featured a confrontation amid a crowd of people with Adcock, 26, standing by. “Hey buddy, you’re gonna lose your f—— job, you stupid ass bum, you better f— off back there,” he said, according to the video.

He then walked back onstage to tell the audience what happened. “That was my daddy right there, and that f—— stupid f—– in the backwards hat right there was giving him a hard time, so f— you, f—–.”
“When I get done with this set, I’m gonna come out there and give you a piece of my mind, you piece of s—,” he said at another point during the viral video.
Adcock then posted on his Instagram account on July 26, addressing the incident and referring to the sound guy as the “d—— of the week.” “My family had been standing there for 17 songs,” he said in the clip.
“I watched them the whole show, not causing any problems. You come up and get in my family’s face, trying to get my dad kicked out? And you know what, I got you kicked out. The police [dragged] you out on top of your head, you bum,” he claimed.
“Congratulations, dude, Nickelback’s sound guy’s a real winner.”

The following day, Adcock shared another video on Instagram, appearing to set the record straight on Saturday’s incident.
“There was a drink sitting on the soundboard. It wasn’t my dad’s, it was my acoustic guitar player’s mom’s,” Adcock began. “Sound dude comes around the corner, sees the drink, slings it off the soundboard, it’s empty by the way, and goes to cussing out my acoustic guitar player’s mom.”
“So my dad hears it probably about 5-10 yards away, steps over, gets in the dude’s face, basically tells him, ‘You better back up, dude, because people from the south don’t act that way. I don’t know where you’re from, but you need to get out of here.’ ”

The country singer said he saw the incident happen from afar. “[The sound guy] goes over there and gets on his phone like a little snake. I said he’s about to do some bull.”
“I’m up there singing ‘Cigarette.’ And he gets security to come down there, and I see them, and they are about to grab my dad, and I just run down the alley and tell them, ‘Nah, you ain’t kicking me out, he’s the one causing problems.’ So security got him, took him on his way.”
“That was it,” he concluded.
