Dasha and Love Island’s Rob Rausch like it like that.
In the music video for “Like It Like That” released on Friday, Aug. 22, Dasha, 25, is a motel guest for a steamy rendezvous, leaving the door unlocked for the reality star, 26, to sneak in around 2 a.m. They eat, drink, smoke and partake in other late-night activities.
“Boots are on the bed, smokin’ on a Red/Hungover again, but I ain’t done/Gimme little names, playin’ little games/Drivin’ me insane, but it’s so fun,” Dasha croons in the pre-chorus to the Love Island USA season 6 personality.
“ ‘Like It Like That’ is about letting go of that pressure to get love ‘right’ and embracing the moments that don’t fit the plan,” Dasha said about the song, per a press release. “At this point in my life, I’m not trying to have it all figured out—sometimes the so-called wrong person is exactly right for right now.”

“I think there’s so much pressure to meet ‘the one’ and get it right on the first try, especially for women, but I’m 25. I’m not looking for perfection; I’m looking for good stories and chasing feelings that I can get songs out of,” she continued.
“I have no idea what I’m doing half the time, and I’m still learning parts of myself…I think everyone my age is doing the same.”
“I don’t want to meet my person yet; I’m not ready for that chapter of life yet. No pressure, no plan, just whatever makes your heart skip a couple of beats and reminds you that that’s what living is supposed to feel like sometimes,” Dasha concluded. “Letting things be what they are, and heck, maybe that’s eating takeout with a man who can only be a bad idea at 2 am.”
Fans were excited about her music video, which included the reality show fan-favorite Rausch. “This isn’t just a song—it’s a whole personality. Dasha didn’t just sing it, she owned it. 🔥,” one person wrote in the YouTube comments section.
“This music video was sooo cute! Rob did so good as well. I loved him in that Jean jacket!” another said.
The four-minute music video left fans clamoring for more. “I LOVE IIITTT!!❤ Should have turned this into a 1,5 hour movie, cause this was way to short! Loved watching it!” a third chimed in.

Dasha, whose full name is Anna Dasha Novotny, told PEOPLE in April about her upcoming project. “I think it’s going to be an EP, with another EP in October that combines into a bigger album,” she said while at Stagecoach, where she debuted her single “Give Me a Second.”
“I’ve been writing it for the past year or so while the craziness was happening. Coming off of my first hit with ‘Austin,’ it was the most amazing thing ever. The song got so big with me as a new artist that I think I got swallowed by it, as in people knew my song but didn’t know who sang it.”
At the time, Dasha was at Stagecoach, and was hoping with her appearance there and at “bigger shows” she could show people, “Hey, I’m the girl who sings ‘Austin’, these are the rest of my songs, and this is my new project.”
“I get to backtrack in a way where I get to introduce people to who I am, where I come from, what I stand for, and what my music is all about,” added the country star.
