Ciara and Russell Wilson are celebrating their wedding anniversary in style!
The couple, who marked the ninth anniversary of their marriage on July 6, marked the milestone by enjoying a vacation in Spain. The pop star shared a carousel of snaps and videos from their enviable-looking trip on Monday, July 7, alongside the simple caption, “Spain, Actually 🫶🏽.”
The “Turn It Up” singer also added, “Thank you, my love @dangerusswilson, for planning the best anniversary trip I could’ve asked for 🥰🫶🏽.”

The images included snuggly selfies of the pair posing on the back of a yacht, clips of them partying, being serenaded by a flamenco dancer, and enjoying paella, a traditional Spanish rice dish. Indulging their adventurous side, Ciara, 39, also posted a snap of her on board a jet ski, while football player Wilson, 36, enjoyed a dip in the Mediterranean Sea.
Back in April, Ciara told PEOPLE that her man was planning a vacation for them to celebrate their ninth wedding anniversary but she didn’t know where she was going yet.
“We’re going to travel some,” she said of spending time with the New York Giants player. “He does all the planning. So I’m excited for it.”

Wilson himself had shared a social media anniversary tribute to his wife, with whom he shares three children, daughters Sienna, 8, and Amora, 1, and son, Win, 5, on Sunday, July 6.

Sharing a sentimental video of the couple throughout their relationship, Wilson captioned the clip, “From the moment I met you, I knew God was showing me the way.”

Ciara — who is also mother to son Future Zahir, 11, from her previous relationship with rapper Future — and Wilson first met at a Wisconsin basketball game in March 2015. The NFL quarterback proposed to the “Goodies” musician during a surprise vacation a year later and in July 2016, the pair exchanged vows during a secret wedding ceremony at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, England.
