NEED TO KNOW
Andrew Firestone and Ivana Bozilovic Firestone are ending their marriage after 17 years.
The Bachelor alum, 50, announced over the weekend that he and Ivana, 47, are separating in a since-deleted Instagram post.
“Those who know us well know that family has always been at the foundation of our lives and at the center of everything we do,” he wrote in a statement, per Parade. “After much reflection and many hours of counseling we have decided that we can best serve our children and honor that commitment to family by moving forward separately as co-parents.”

“While this was not an easy decision, we remain united in raising our children with love, stability, and the values we share,” Andrew continued. “Though no longer a couple, we will always be a family, cheering from the actual and proverbial sidelines for our children’s — and each other’s — happiness and success.”
Andrew added: “Seventeen years of marriage is an achievement we deeply honor, as it brought us three extraordinary children and forged lifelong, generational bonds and friendships that will always endure.”
PEOPLE has reached out to Andrew and Ivana for comment.
The former couple’s 17th wedding anniversary took place just weeks ago on July 5.
Neither posted about their anniversary on social media.
Andrew and Ivana got engaged in 2007 and married the following year. During their time together, they welcomed three children: sons Adam Brooks, 16, and Shane, 11, and daughter Anja Jasmine, 14.
Ivana has yet to address her split from Andrew publicly.
The Serbian-born model did, however, seemingly address her current mental state in an Instagram post shared Sunday, Aug. 31.
“She’s working on three things right now: herself, her life, her future. She is ME ✨,” Ivana, who is also an actress known for roles in 2002’s National Lampoon’s Van Wilder and 2005’s Wedding Crashers, wrote in the post that included photos of her reclining in a lounge chair.

Andrew is best known as the third lead of the Bachelor franchise.
Airing in 2003, the season ended with Andrew — the great-grandson of Firestone Tire and Rubber Company founder Harvey S. Firestone — engaged to contestant Jen Schefft.
The romance wasn’t meant to be, as the pair split in December of the same year.
