NEED TO KNOW
Country music stars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have raised three beautiful (and musically talented) daughters together.
The couple, who wed in 1996, became parents a year later when their first daughter, Gracie, was born. Their family grew again in 1998 and 2001 with the births of Maggie and Audrey, respectively.
While McGraw and Hill have achieved a lot in their careers, being parents is seemingly their proudest accomplishment.
“It’s inspiring to me to watch them go out on their own and do the things they do,” McGraw told PEOPLE in 2021 about his daughters. “We’ve raised three strong, independent, strong-minded young women. And what I’m most grateful for is just how normal our kids are and how grounded they are and how much they respect themselves and other people.”
In August 2023, McGraw told Entertainment Tonight that he hopes to one day collaborate on music with Hill and his three daughters.
“They’re the life of the party every time they’re around,” he said of his kids. “They just inspire us in so many ways. I’d love to do a song with all five of us at some point. I talk about it all the time, and they’re like, ‘I ain’t singing with you, dad.’ ”
While the entire family has yet to record a song together, Gracie, Maggie and Audrey did join McGraw on stage in May 2025 at Music City Rodeo in Nashville to sing “Last Dollar (Fly Away).” This marked McGraw’s triumphant return to the stage following a double knee replacement and three back surgeries.
A few days later, Gracie made headlines when she came out to the world as queer.
Here’s everything to know about Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s daughters.

McGraw and Hill’s oldest daughter, Gracie, was born on May 5, 1997. After graduating from New York University, she moved to L.A. to pursue a career in acting, according to Taste of Country.
From 2018 to 2020, she appeared as Tanya on Tyler Perry’s television series If Loving You Is Wrong. Gracie also appeared alongside Hill in a 2022 episode of Be My Guest with Ina Garten to help bake a Coca-Cola cake.
Gracie also takes after her parents musically. She has posted a few videos of her impressive singing voice on social media, and she even shared the stage with her dad at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena in 2015.
In 2020, McGraw spoke to PEOPLE about how proud he is of Gracie. “Gracie, our oldest daughter, is an actress in L.A., and she makes me proud every day because she’s such a strong, independent young lady who speaks her mind,” he said. “And she makes me proud every day of the way she lives her life.”
Hill and McGraw were both there to support Gracie when she performed in The Great War & The Great Gatsby at Carnegie Hall in April 2025. An onlooker told PEOPLE that they gave their daughter a standing ovation during the curtain call as Hill wiped away tears.
In June 2025, Gracie came out as queer in a post on her Instagram Stories, writing, “Happy Freaking Pride. I love being queer.” She later clarified that she has been an “out and proud queer, bisexual” for some time.
“I wouldn’t have it any other way. I will always be very vocal about my support of the LGBTQIA+ rights and the community,” she added.

McGraw and Hill’s second child, Maggie, was born on Aug. 12, 1998.
In 2021, she graduated with a Master’s degree from Stanford University, which her father proudly boasted about on Instagram.
“We are so incredibly proud of our Maggie May!!!!” McGraw captioned the sweet post from her graduation. “I have such admiration for her work ethic, her fierce love of her family and especially her passion to make the world a better place….. Go get em my sweet girl!!!! Proud Pop!”
Maggie currently works as a special projects and government affairs manager for Earth League International, a non-profit dedicated to investigating environmental organized crime.

Audrey, Hill and McGraw’s youngest daughter, was born on Dec. 6, 2001.
Since graduating from high school in June 2020, Audrey has pursued her modeling, acting and singing dreams.
In December 2020, she was featured in a campaign for Tory Burch, and in August 2021, she made her acting debut in her dad’s music video for “7500 OBO.”
“So proud of these two,” Hill wrote alongside a photo of Audrey and Tim on set. “Our baby girl Audrey has grown up 💗💗💗💗💗.”
Audrey released her debut single “I Am… I Said” in May 2025, and she is currently preparing to go on tour in Europe with Brandi Carlile.
In her personal life, Audrey has been linked to actor Manuel Garcia-Rulfo since June 2023.
