Jeremy Allen White may be at the height of his fame with his starring role in The Bear, which returned for season 4 on June 25, but he prefers to keep his romantic life private.
The actor, who won his third consecutive Golden Globe for his role as Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto in January 2025, was previously married to actress Addison Timlin. The pair share two daughters, Ezer and Dolores, and were together for nearly a decade before they split in May 2023.
A few months later, White spoke about the ups and downs of his skyrocketing fame during a November 2023 interview with British GQ. “It’s been insane,” he told the outlet when asked about the year he had. “A lot of high highs, a lot of terribly low lows.”
Since then, the Shameless alum has been linked to several people, including one of his costars. While he’s not shy about showing affection in public, he leaves the finer details of his relationships out of the spotlight.
From his marriage to Addison Timlin to his most recent famous fling, here’s everything to know about Jeremy Allen White’s dating history.

The actor’s first public relationship was with his Shameless costar Emma Greenwell, who played Mandy Milkovich, the love interest of White’s character, Lip Gallagher. They began dating in 2011 after Greenwell joined the cast in season 2, replacing Jane Levy as Mandy.
The pair kept their relationship low-key, but they did walk several red carpets together, and White made a handful of appearances on the actress’ Instagram. It’s unclear when they broke up or why, but White continued to appear on Greenwell’s account well into 2013.

White and Timlin met as teenagers while attending the Professional Performing Arts School in New York City. Although Timlin described their first interaction as “love at first sight” during a 2019 episode of the Showmance podcast, the pair remained platonic for years before their relationship turned romantic around 2013.
After several years of dating, the couple welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Ezer Billie White, on Oct. 20, 2018. By April of the following year, they were engaged, and on Oct. 18, 2019, they tied the knot at the Beverly Hills courthouse in Los Angeles, with only their daughter, close friends and family present. The pair went on to welcome a second daughter, Dolores Wild White, on Dec. 12, 2020.
White and Timlin were still going strong when the first season of The Bear was released in June 2022, instantly launching White’s career to new heights. He won his first Golden Globe in January 2023 for Lead Actor in a Comedy or Musical Series, and he gave a shout-out to Timlin during his acceptance speech.
“Addison Timlin, I love you deep in my bones. Thank you for all you do, thank you for everything that you’ve done,” he said. Timlin later shared a touching post on Instagram to commemorate the milestone.
“When I watched the pilot for The Bear, I cried my f——- heart out. I think somewhere I must’ve known how much life was about to change, but mostly I just knew that the world was about to discover what I’ve known all along,” she wrote alongside a photo of White holding his Golden Globe.
However, the relationship took a turn in the following months, and Timlin filed for divorce on May 11, 2023. The couple later agreed to joint custody of their daughters so long as White complies with using a Soberlink device to ensure that he is sober every time he sees his kids, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE.
While Timlin has since opened up about being a “co-parent” on Instagram, White has yet to speak publicly about the split.

Shortly after his split from Timlin, the Iron Claw star was seen sharing a passionate kiss with a mystery woman in L.A. in August 2023. The woman was later revealed to be actress and model Ashley Moore.
Moore and White continued to spend time together and were photographed during several outings, including a trip to the farmer’s market and another PDA-packed walk around L.A. The relationship didn’t last long, though, and it had seemingly fizzled out by September 2023.

The Emmy winner was then linked to Spanish pop singer Rosalía. In photos obtained by TMZ in October 2023, White and Rosalía were seen strolling through an L.A. farmer’s market while he held an enormous bouquet of flowers. News of their budding romance came just a few months after her engagement to fellow musician Rauw Alejandro ended in July 2023.
White and Rosalía stepped out again that December, walking hand-in-hand in a parking garage after a dinner date.
Although neither of them officially confirmed their relationship or spoke publicly about each other, the romance lasted nearly a year, during which the famous pair were frequently spotted displaying PDA or holding hands.
It’s unclear exactly when White and the “Motomami” singer went their separate ways, but they had split by September 2024, when White was spotted kissing his costar Molly Gordon.

Gordon joined the cast of The Bear in season 2 as Claire, the love interest of White’s Carmy Berzatto. During press for season 2, the actor sang Gordon’s praises, calling her “so disarming and funny and charming” in a June 2023 interview with Variety.
The Booksmart star had equally nice things to say about her scene partner, telling Awards Radar ahead of season 3 the following year, “Jeremy is such an open and such a kind and curious actor … He’s such a genuinely good person.”
In a classic case of life imitating art, their on-screen chemistry gradually turned into a real-life romance, and in September 2024, they were spotted locking lips as they embraced on the street.
“There were set rumors early on that they had intense chemistry even when not filming,” a source told PEOPLE of the costars. “They didn’t start hanging out romantically until a few weeks ago though,” the insider added, noting that White “really seems into Molly.”
White and Gordon followed their steamy makeout with a casual date night in N.Y.C. in late October 2024. The pair were all smiles while out to dinner with friends at celebrity hotspot Via Carota in the West Village.
Though White never addressed their relationship publicly, Gordon responded to the photos of the two kissing months later in a June 2025 interview with Vanity Fair.
“With the internet, I just think — I even see it in myself as a fan of things — we’re just a more judgmental society,” she said.
