Haley Kalil and Matt Kalil’s legal battle continues.
The influencer is being sued by her ex-husband invasion of privacy after she publicly compared his penis size to “two coke cans, maybe even a third” during a November 2025 livestream. Now, her lawyer Matthew Bialick is speaking out, slamming Matt’s complaint as “legally unsupported.”
“The claims seek to dramatically expand existing law and establish damaging new precedent by imposing liability on a woman for merely speaking openly and truthfully about a prior relationship,” the attorney told People in a Jan. 7 statement. “That raises serious First Amendment concerns, especially in a case involving two public figures.”
He added that Haley—who was married to the former NFL player for nearly six years before their 2015 breakup—will “immediately move to dismiss” the lawsuit.
In a Jan. 6 statement to E! News, Haley, 33, said she was “genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt” when she found out that Matt, 36, had filed a lawsuit against her over her comments.
