Is Miley Cyrus soft-launching a major milestone in her relationship with boyfriend Maxx Morando?
While attending the Avatar: Fire and Ash world premiere in Los Angeles on Monday, Dec. 1, the singer, 33, appeared to be wearing a diamond ring on her left-hand ring finger. The jewel could be seen as she affectionately placed her hand on 27-year-old Morando’s chest while taking a photo on the red carpet.
Cyrus — who was previously married to actor Liam Hemsworth — was first seen wearing the ring, which is set in a gold band, around mid-November, according to Deux Moi.
She and Morando both wore black as they coordinated their outfits at the movie premiere. The “End of the World” hitmaker donned a figure-hugging strapless sequin gown with a ruffled skirt and train, accessorized with an additional diamond ring on her left index finger and a sparkly necklace.

Cyrus, who sings “Dream As One” on the film’s soundtrack, opted for smoky eye makeup and wore her hair in curls, while Morando looked polished in a black suit, crisp white shirt and classic dress shoes.
She and the drummer seemingly went public with their romance in April 2022, having been linked four months earlier when they were seen getting close backstage at NBC’s Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party.
Cyrus previously revealed to British Vogue how they met, saying, “We got put on a blind date.”
“Well, it was blind for me and not really for him,” she clarified to the outlet. “I thought, ‘The worst that can happen is I leave.’ ”

Elsewhere in the interview, the “Flowers” singer spoke about having Erykah Badu’s “Tyrone” as a special ringtone for when Morando calls.
“I call that ‘boyfriend sexy ringtone,’ ” she said.
Cyrus’s appearance with a sparkler on her ring finger comes just over a week after she penned a reflective post to mark her 33rd birthday on Nov. 23.
“33 is already burning bright thanks to the warmth of your sweet birthday wishes,” she wrote on Instagram. “All I want this year is more laughs with the people who give me the little smile lines that are starting to show up. 🤍 I love you all.”
