Kevin Spacey is set for a new court date in 2026.
The Oscar-winning actor will face civil claims from three men, who allege he sexually assaulted him, the BBC reported on Wednesday, Nov. 26.
The men have sued the House of Cards star, 66, saying he assaulted them between 2000 and 2013. The case will take place at the High Court in London next October, the BBC and Sky News reported. The case is set to take three weeks.
Spacey is widely reported to have denied any wrongdoing. He formally denied two of the cases and is yet to file a defense on the third, the BBC and Sky said.

One of the men, Ruari Cannon is reported to have waived his anonymity. He also appeared in a 2024 documentary, Spacey Unmasked, where he said he was groped by the actor at an afterparty at London’s Old Vic theater in 2013. Spacey has reportedly denied his claims as “ridiculous and it never happened.”
Another man, identified only as LNP alleges that Spacey “deliberately assaulted” him about a dozen times in the five years between 2000 and 2005, the BBC reported. A third man, known in the court as GHI, claims he was assaulted by Spacey in 2008 at London’s Old Vic theater, where the star of American Beauty was previously artistic director.
For Spacey, William McCormick KC said the case involving the man called LNP should be heard separately. He told the High Court in written submissions, “On a rational basis, the only common feature is Kevin Spacey. The fact that he met, or in the case of Cannon, is said to have met, in each claimant in the context of his work at the Old Vic takes matters no further,” Sky News said.
“The circumstances of the alleged assaults are markedly different and occur many years apart.”

The claims are the latest that Spacey has faced. In 2023, he was found not guilty of nine counts of alleged sexual assault in London’s Southwark Crown Court. Other initial charges were struck out. Spacey cried as the verdicts were read out, the BBC reported at the time.
“I imagine that many of you can understand that there is a lot for me to process after what has happened today but I would like to say that I’m enormously grateful to the jury for having taken the time to examine all of the evidence and all of the facts carefully before they reached their decision and I am humbled by the outcome today,” he said in a statement read outside the court.
Earlier this week, on Nov. 24, Spacey clarified his statements about having “no home” in a recent interview.

In an Instagram video shared to his account on Sunday, Nov. 23, the Baby Driver actor responded to headlines that circulated after he told the Telegraph in a feature published on Wednesday, Nov. 19 that he is “living in hotels, I’m living in Airbnbs, I’m going where the work is.”
“I literally have no home, that’s what I’m attempting to explain,” he continued.
