Charlie Puth and his pregnant wife Brooke Sansone are celebrating their baby on the way.
On Tuesday, Nov. 25, the expectant mother, 26, shared a glimpse at the couple’s baby shower on Instagram, describing it as the “most amazing day.” In the photos, Brooke posed alongside her family and friends in a gray cardigan and a floor-length, red-and-white plaid skirt, exposing her growing baby bump. She also shared a look at the cozy and elegant decor, the food display and the event’s entertainment.
“The most amazing day celebrating baby puth!! i am so lucky to be surrounded by such amazing friends and family! so much love for baby puth already!! 🫶🏼” she captioned her post.
On Thursday, Oct. 16, the singer-songwriter, 33, first revealed that he and his wife are expecting their first baby together, cheekily sharing the news in a clip from the music video for his song, “Changes.”
In the video, Puth can be seen standing next to Brooke, 26, who wears a red sweater and places her hands on her stomach. The singer looks at his wife and places his hands on top of hers, smiling down at her. The two then walk off together.
A press release for “Changes” says that in the music video, Puth “reflects on ‘Changes’ both personal and professional with a sweet cameo from his real life wife Brooke Sansone.”
In an Instagram post from Oct. 8, Puth also shared that he was excited to share his new song because it will be the “perfect way to bring all of you into the most beautiful, colorful part of my life, which happens to be right now. You will soon know why…”
The song, meanwhile, is the new single from the performer’s fourth studio album, Whatever’s Clever!, set for release on March 6, 2026 via Atlantic Records.

Shortly after the reveal, the musician chatted with host Jimmy Fallon during the Tuesday, Oct. 21 episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon about his baby on the way. When the comedian, 51, asked Puth about a specific portion in his latest music video where he rubbed his wife’s belly, the singer responded that he “didn’t leave much up to the imagination,” adding that they are expecting their first baby together in March.
“I’m gonna be a dad,” Puth said, before quickly adding, “I was told not to reveal the gender.”
The singer-songwriter went on to share the one thing he hopes his baby on the way enjoys. “I hope baby likes music because it’s the only thing I’m good at,” Puth quipped.
The soon-to-be first-time dad shared that he plans to encourage his baby’s love of music in the womb, whether or not his wife enjoys it.
“I feel like I’m going to do what my mom did for me,” he said. “My mom used to put the headphones — it was the ’90s, so the headphones were big — just put them on her tummy. I think I listened to James Taylor and Luther Vandross, and I got a wide array of music. So I’ll do the same thing, whether Brooke likes it or not.”
