NEED TO KNOW
Dylan Efron is grateful for Zac Efron’s support on Dancing with the Stars.
The Traitors winner, 33, revealed that his older brother’s decision to visit the ballroom and cheer him on during Prince Night on Tuesday, Nov. 18 is very meaningful to him.
“I grew up watching him do stuff like this, so it’s full circle,” Dylan told Entertainment Tonight. “Just looking over as my family’s there, my girlfriend,” he added. “Seeing all of them together, it’s like, that’s my support. I love it.”
Dylan reiterated his feelings to E! News after Tuesday’s episode. “It meant everything,” he said, adding that “the fact that he’s now watching me do this is crazy to me.”
Dylan gushed, “It means the world to me.”

Zac cheered on Dylan during the show’s semifinals round, where the younger brother and partner Daniella Karagach performed a Tango to Prince’s “I Would Die 4 U” and a Cha Cha to the singer’s hit, “Kiss.” They earned scores of 27/30 and 28/30 for the performances.
Before Whitney Leavitt and partner Mark Ballas were sent home, Zac cheered on Dylan alongside their 5-year-old sister, Olivia. He also encouraged fans to vote for Dylan on his Instagram Stories.
Elsewhere during the night, Dylan spoke with PEOPLE about making it to the finale, sharing that he’s now “getting the full experience” in the world of DWTS. “I know this week now… we’ve treated every week like it’s our final week, but this one is our final Wednesday rehearsal, Thursday rehearsal,” he said. “So I’m just going to enjoy every moment and give it my all.”
Dylan, who previously showed love to his family during Dedication Night in October, revealed to PEOPLE before the season kicked off that his mother, Starla Baskett, once dreamed of Zac appearing on the show two decades prior. Now he’s fulfilling that dream.
“My mom, her dream was Zac doing the show 20 years ago,” Dylan said. “So I’m really excited for my mom to be there.”
“But also, my dad and my little brother and little sister,” he added of his excitement around his family seeing him in the ballroom. “It’s gonna make me tear up to see them in the stands.”
