Vanderpump Rules is coming back with new employees and a date for fans’ next reservation at SUR.
On Monday, Nov. 3, Bravo unleashed the trailer and cast list for season 12 of the long-running reality series, teasing a “new shift” for the show as it revamps its cast.
The latest look at the forthcoming 12th season of VPR comes nearly a year after Bravo announced the newest installment will feature fresh faces as the employees at SUR. Season 11, which included appearances from show regulars Jax Taylor, Ariana Madix, Tom Sandoval and more, wrapped in May 2024.
While there are new members of SUR, Lisa Vanderpump is set to return to keep things cooking, too.

The trailer itself kicks off with a montage of iconic one-liners, before Vanderpump, 65, offers fans a promise for the new season: “I always said with my staff, ‘Give me anything, but don’t give me boring.’ ”
And by the looks of it, boring is out the window for season 12. During a cast photoshoot, new SUR staffer Angelica Jensen takes a tumble in front of her colleagues, while three staffers question if the name “aquamarine” is “gay enough” for a drink they’re serving.
The trailer then takes a turn when two women discuss finding a “penis pump” — before Vanderpump is informed exactly what one is. “It’s for a man that needs help,” one of her employees shares.
The remainder of the preview offers a glimpse at apparent “bro-code” violations, staffers finding each other on Hinge, fiery exchanges between colleagues and Vanderpump being mooned by two men.
“This is SUR, we’re a family,” she says. “They’re not perfect, but they’re mine.”

Season 12 of VPR , per a synopsis from Bravo, features the “deep-rooted, dynamic group of friends, frenemies and lovers that have been working for Lisa Vanderpump at SUR for years” now “shaking things up – from pump-tinis to chaos.”
“Despite new uniforms and a few fresh faces in the mix, the drama remains as messy and complicated as their iconic predecessors,” the synopsis continues.
The fresh faces this season include staffer Venus Binkley, who “sees himself as the glue that holds the SUR staff together and the confidant everyone turns to for advice” (and gossip). Binkley is encouraged to “step out of his comfort zone” by friends, gets “roped into” some drama and must pick sides, per Bravo.

“Happy-go-lucky” aspiring actor and server Jason Cohen, actor and screenwriter Shayne Davis, musician and bartender Chris Hahn, SUR newbie Angelica Jensen, DJ Marcus Johnson, lead bartender Natalie Maguire, manager Demy Selem, Kim Suarez and Audrey Lingle round out the cast.
Ahead of the new season, Bravo is dropping its “Raise Your Glass to 11 Seasons” lookback special featuring Vanderpump and Andy Cohen as they reflect on over a decade of VPR and offer an early look at the new cast and season. That airs on Nov. 25 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
Vanderpump Rules season 12 will then premiere on Dec. 2 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo, with episodes available the following day on Peacock.

Bravo previously teased that the cast will include “close-knit SUR-vers who are as complicatedly involved with one another as their iconic predecessors.”
“The last 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary run full of laughter, tears and everything in between,” Vanderpump said in a statement in July. “I can’t thank enough those who have shared their lives. How I love you all. In the restaurant business, one shift always gives way to another. Cheers to the next generation of Vanderpump Rules.”
Speaking with PEOPLE in March, Sandoval, 42, offered some words of advice for the new cast members. “You have to be open” the TomTom said. “Don’t try to force anything. Don’t come in there with this persona. Just be yourself and really just concentrate on the dynamics of your real friendships, your real connections.”
Vanderpump Rules seasons 1-11 are available to stream on Peacock. Season 12 premieres on Bravo on Dec. 2.
