NEED TO KNOW
Comedian Leanne Morgan had some important people in her life in mind when it came to getting her breasts redone at 60.
The sitcom star opened up about her decision and how it was influenced by her grandkids on the Tuesday, Oct. 28, episode of Today with Jenna & Friends.
“I just got them redone because I’m a grandmama now and I wanted a smaller… because I didn’t want to be in my coffin and my grandchildren see these big ole Pamela Anderson — love her — but I’m 60 years old, so when I got breast implants it was big and now it’s the girls are more athletic looking and my girls are more athletic, more grandma,” Morgan quipped.

“Oh my breasts were just like little wadded up tube socks with a marble in the bottom of them,” Leanne quipped. “My mama saw me naked, Lucille, and said, ‘Baby, you gotta do something.’ And I wanted to, though, because I was young and I still had life left. And I couldn’t find a bra to fit me.”

She recalled one particular situation when she realized she wanted to get a breast augmentation.
“I remember singing in a Methodist Church in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and I was gonna sing a hymn and I had on a turtleneck and my bra went right like that,” she said, miming the bra raising over her chest. “It was two cones up around my neck because I could not hold a bra down. I had nothing to hold it down. You got a turtleneck on and you’re singing ‘Amazing Grace’ what are you gonna do then? I couldn’t go up under there.”
The moment prompted her to get a boob job, and, she quipped, “I had a good long run with those things.”
“How long did they last? 10 or 15 [years]?” co-host Jenna Bush Hager asked.
“They’re supposed to be that, but Chuck Morgan doesn’t like to spend money, so these were like 25,” Leanne said. “It was a good run and I felt good in my clothes and I felt good and I’m glad I did it. I never regretted it.”
Leanne also joked about her 2025 comedy with Reese Witherspoon, You’re Cordially Invited, saying, “I had been in a movie, my only movie with little Reese Witherspoon and every time she stood next to me, her head hit right here and her head was the size of that breast implant.”
