Jesse Lally and Michelle Saniei have settled their divorce.
According to documents obtained by PEOPLE, The Valley stars filed a declaration for an uncontested dissolution of marriage on Wednesday, Oct. 22, informing the court that they have established terms of the divorce on their own.
“The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court. I request that the court approve the agreement,” the filing states.

That agreement also addresses spousal support, attorney’s fees, child support and custody of the former couple’s 5-year-old daughter, Isabella, although specific details have not been made public.
The divorce will be made official when a judge signs off.
Lally, 45, and Saniei, 36, were first romantically linked in 2016 and got engaged during a trip to Paris in November 2017, per Bravo. Less than a year later, in October 2018, they tied the knot at Beaulieu Garden in Napa Valley, Calif., before welcoming Isabella in April 2020.
The pair’s relationship has been a focal point of the Bravo reality series The Valley, which premiered days before they announced their decision to end the marriage in March 2024. Saniei filed for divorce that month, citing irreconcilable differences and listing their date of separation as Oct. 16, 2023. She requested joint legal and physical custody of her and Lally’s daughter and wanted spousal support and their properties to be determined by a written agreement of both parties.

Both have moved on since their split — Lally is now dating philanthropist Lacy Nicole, and Michelle was dating Aaron Nosler for one year before they broke up in July.
Nosler was featured in several episodes of The Valley’s recent second season. Cameras even captured a conversation he had with Lally, who speculated that Saniei and Nosler had been together longer than they claimed.
In the scene, Lally asked Nosler if he “did or did not cross the line when I was married to Michelle.”
“No, absolutely not,” Nosler responded. “We texted here and there once for that coffee meeting at Blackwood and another time when I said, ‘Hey, come to Runyon. I’m selling honey.’ Other than that, we would run into each other all the time.”
Saniei also denied having an affair. However, during a confessional, Lally said, “I 1,000 percent think [Saniei and Nosler] had a physical and emotional relationship before we separated.”
“How else do you explain having a boyfriend two weeks after being separated while still living in my house?” he added.
In the season 2 finale, which aired on July 22, Saniei and Lally ultimately decided to put their differences aside to have a healthy co-parenting relationship for Isabella. Saniei said she was “choosing to give [Lally] the benefit of the doubt.”
