Kanye West has sold his second Wyoming ranch back to its original owners.
The rapper, 48, recently sold Bighorn Mountain Ranch to the Flitner family, local outlet Cowboy State Daily reported on Oct. 17. The sale of the Greybull, Wyo., property, which West bought for $14 million in November 2019, was notarized on West’s behalf by his wife Bianca Censori on Sept. 17, the outlet reported.
The sprawling property was owned by David and Paula Flitner when West procured the estate, according to the outlet. Now, Bighorn Mountain Ranch belongs to David’s son, Greg Flitner, and Greg’s wife Pam Flitner.
The real estate agent representing the property did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
The ranch “consists of excellent cabins and lodges, rolling grass-covered hills, and meadows that are cut by deep tree-covered canyons and game filled bluffs,” according to its property listing on Hayden Outdoors.
The 6.7 acre property also boasts a log home with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, a cookhouse cabin with room to sleep two people, plus three more cabins that can house up to six people, per the listing.

The listing notes West was initially asking $16,995,000, but does not disclose a final sale price. Realtor.com reports the family bought it back for the same $14 million they sold it for.
When West purchased the property, a source told PEOPLE that locals near the rapper’s collection of Wyoming properties were “welcoming” to the his presence, despite the added attention his business and celebrity brought to the area.
“Whenever he buys something in town, everyone talks about it,” the source told PEOPLE in 2019. “Locals are still kind of surprised he’s here, but everyone is very welcoming to it.”

Bighorn Mountain Ranch was the second Wyoming property West listed for sale; he bought his first, Monster Lake Ranch — near Cody, Wyo., also for $14 million — months earlier in September 2019. West put that property up for sale in October 2021, PEOPLE reported, initially listing it for $11 million. Monster Lake Ranch is still up for sale, currently listed at $12 million, per Hayden Outdoors.
In addition to his purchase of Monster Lake Ranch and Bighorn Mountain Ranch, West also bought a giant warehouse in Cody, Wyo. at the time. The rapper had previously expressed a desire to build a “Yeezy Campus” to produce items for his brand, per Cowboy State Daily.
During his time owning the Wyoming properties, West, his now ex-wife Kim Kardashian and two of their children, North and Saint, spent time there as a family (the former couple welcomed their daughter Chicago in January 2018, and son Psalm in May 2019). While Kim was primarily based in Los Angeles with the kids, West spent more time at the ranch, and hosted a number of high-profile guests, including Justin Bieber.
