NEED TO KNOW
Victoria Beckham revealed whether she’d be open to the “idea” of a Spice Girls reunion.
In a Radio Andy Sirius XM interview on Thursday, Oct. 16, the fashion designer revealed what she thought about the “idea” of a Spice Girls reunion while discussing her self-titled Netflix docuseries.
“Before I was in the Spice Girls, I was so self-conscious and they made me feel that I was good enough, but being on stage, I realized as fun as it is, you know, it’s not ultimately what I want to do anymore,” Victoria, 51, told host Andy Cohen.

When Cohen’s cohost John Hill wondered aloud if Spice Girls could perform at the Sphere, Posh Spice brought up how thrilling it was to see Oasis reunite recently.
“It’s tempting,” said Victoria. “It would be tempting, but could I take on a world tour? I can’t. I have a job.”
She added, “Oh my God, the Sphere is amazing…how good would the Spice girls be at the Sphere?
Victoria noted that she loves “the idea” of another round of Spice Girls concerts.
“I mean, I don’t know if I could even still sing,” she quipped. “I mean, I was never that great.”
In her docuseries, Victoria revealed her husband David Beckham “guilted” her into doing the Spice Girls reunion tour in 2008.
“David was like, ‘it’s really good for the kids to see you do this,'” per The Independent.
She said “he mum-guilted me!”

However, David, 50, added that he encouraged his wife because “our kids weren’t around to see their mum be a Spice Girl!”
The couple, who have been married since 1999, share son Brooklyn, 26, son Romeo, 23, son Cruz, 20, and daughter Harper, 14.
Victoria then revealed how it felt to be back with the band.
“I hadn’t been Posh Spice for such a long time. It was good to be back with them,” she recalled. While the girl group reunited again in 2019, Victoria declined to join them.
The band last performed together was during the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony.
However, unofficially the quintet reunited at Victoria’s 50th birthday party in April 2024, where they sang their 1996 song “Mama” while Victoria’s son Cruz played the guitar.
