All About Alix Earle’s 4 Siblings

Alix Earle is a devoted big sister.

The TikTok star was born on Dec. 16, 2000, to Thomas “TJ” Earle and Alisa Earle, and was soon joined by her younger sister Ashtin on April 7, 2003. When Alix was in the second grade, Thomas separated from Alisa and later married Ashley Earle (née Dupré). Since then, the couple have welcomed three children: Izabel, Penelope and Thomas James Earle II.

Alix, who is currently competing on season 34 of Dancing with the Stars, dedicated her week 5 dance on Oct. 14 (Dedication Night) to her sister Izabel. In a post on the show’s Instagram, she shared that Izabel’s birth brought her family back together amid lingering tension from her parents’ split.

“When Izabel was born, I went to visit her in the hospital, and I had this overwhelming feeling. I wanted to look out for her, I wanted to protect her,” the influencer explained. “Suddenly, that became more important than the other emotions I was feeling and dealing with.”

Alix continued, “It really helped me to mature and really helped bring our family back together. It was our second chance at our family.”

That harmony has persisted: In August 2023, Alix told Elle that they’re now a “modern family.”

“It’s normal for me to have my dad, my mom and my stepmom all going on the same trips,” she told the outlet. “Whatever’s happened in the past, we’ve all gotten past it as a family.”

Alix and her siblings grew up in New Jersey

Alix’s younger sister, Ashtin, shares the same mother and father as her. Raised in Monmouth County, N.J., Alix and Ashtin grew up along the northern part of the Jersey Shore, enjoying summers on the beach.

TJ and Ashley went on to have three children together and still live in New Jersey. Izabel was born on Nov. 10, 2012, followed by Penelope two years later on Sept. 18, 2014. Thomas is the youngest in the family, with TJ and Ashley welcoming him in April 2017.

Ashtin attended Tulane University

While Alix graduated from the University of Miami, Ashtin went to college a bit further from home at Tulane University in New Orleans.

At Tulane, Ashtin was an active member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. She graduated in May 2025 with a degree in psychology, per her LinkedIn.

Ashtin is also an influencer

Alongside her sister, Ashtin has also fostered an online presence on TikTok and Instagram. With over 1.7 million followers across both platforms, much of her content is similar to Alix’s, including “Get Ready With Me” makeup videos and “Day In My Life” vlogs.

She also occasionally posts videos with Alix, like the sisters’ trip to the Florida Keys for Mother’s Day in 2024.

Alix incorporates her siblings into her content

Ashtin isn’t the only Earle sibling to be featured in Alix’s content.

In an August 2023 video on Alix’s TikTok, her two younger sisters, Izabel and Penelope, helped style her to attend the fair. She explained that her little sisters were helping her pick an outfit because “they have better fashion sense than I do,” to which they replied, “We do!”

In April 2024, Alix took part in a trend that highlighted how much her younger sister had grown up. The TikTok video featured pictures of Alix and Ashtin throughout their childhood, accompanied by a video of Ashtin celebrating her 21st birthday.

“Only big sisters understand this feeling,” Alix wrote in text over the video. “Shes growing up 😭💗.”

Thomas enjoys playing with Alix

As Alix’s youngest sibling, Thomas pops up on her TikTok from time to time when the family gets together. In a September 2023 episode of Call Her Daddy, Alix’s brother hopped on the mic and thanked her for playing with him and his toys.

“I really love her a lot,” he said. “And I appreciate that she plays dinosaurs with me.”

Penelope likes making videos with Alix

In a May 2023 TikTok video, Alix and Penelope did their makeup together for a Mother’s Day dinner. The influencer shared that Penelope is a horseback rider while giving her tips on makeup.

“So, Penelope is my little sister, she’s 8 years old,” Alix said, adding that her sister wanted to move to Miami to live with her. “I think she’s gonna come have a lot of sleepovers in my new place.”

She even admitted that “in terms of personality,” she was the most like Penelope out of all her siblings. “I look like Ashtin, but I act like Alix,” Penelope added.

Alix enjoys showcasing her family in moderation

Despite being known for her honesty, Alix values keeping parts of her relationships with her family out of the public eye. The podcast host told Elle that there wasn’t much she wouldn’t post to social media, except for conversations with her loved ones that are meant to be “private.”

“Obviously, conversations with my friends and in relationships, and with my family, all of that’s private,” she said. “But I kind of give the brief overview of everything. I don’t think there’s anything specific that I try to stay away from.”

Alix’s sisters walked the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit runway with her

In June 2024, all three of Alix’s sisters joined her on the runway after she was named Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s first digital cover star. They started the day off walking the carpet alongside Earle before they joined her on the runway.

While Alix first walked herself, she then came out with Ashtin, Penelope and Izabel, all of whom also donned bathing suits in various colors for the runway.
