Camouflage is in for another season.
After all, Hunting Wives—the Lionsgate series that became a smash hit on Netflix this summer—has officially been renewed by the streamer as an original for season two, multiple outlets reported Sept. 12.
In a statement obtained by Variety, the second season of the series “will release exclusively as a Netflix branded series in nearly all countries Netflix is available, with the original cast set to reprise their roles.”
E! News has reached out to Netflix regarding the renewal news but has not yet heard back.
The upcoming season will follow the same format as the first installment, producing eight episodes and building upon the world of Mapleton, Texas transplant Sophie (Brittany Snow) as she navigates the town’s conservative social scene led by Margo (Malin Åkerman).
Fans will be more than relieved to hear the renewal news, considering Hunting Wives’ season one finale ended with Sophie discovering it was actually Margo who killed Abby Jackson (Madison Wolfe), the driving plot of the season. Plus, in the episode’s final moments, Sophie kills Margo’s brother Kyle (Michael Aaron Milligan) in a hit and run—and Margo knows.
