Tensions are rising as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City return for season 6.
In PEOPLE’s exclusive look at the supertease of the Bravo hit’s upcoming installment, Lisa Barlow, Heather Gay, Angie Katsanevas, Meredith Marks, Whitney Rose, Mary Cosby and Britani Bateman pick back up right where they left off.
In the new season — which premieres Wednesday, Sept. 16 — the women are forced to face their troubles of the past and possibilities of the future, but a bishop during the cast trip to Greece notes that “truth is the only scandal.”
As she goes on to speak about gossip and guilt, scenes of tears and arguments involving the cast appear on the screen.

In a franchise-first, the RHOSLC trip will be also be featured on the upcoming season of Below Deck Down Under.
While in Greece, “the ladies trade their sprinter van for an RV, fly first class to Greece and sail the seas with the crew of Below Deck Down Under,” per the official synopsis.
In one scene, Captain Jason Chambers even makes a hilarious slip when welcoming them onto the boat.
“We’re gonna get you nice and wet, and get you in the water,” he says before realizing his mix-up. “The other way around.”

While there appears to be plenty of laughs and extravagant outfits, the group also continues to battle with their real-life struggles.
After Mary and her son Robert Jr. opened up about his mental health and drug addiction last season, she offers an update on his recovery.
“He’s doing as well as he can be doing,” Mary says. “Some days he’s good, some days he’s not.”
“You know, it’s his journey, and I know God will work it out,” she adds in a confessional.
Meanwhile, Lisa hints at issues in her marriage to husband John.
In one scene, Lisa admits that they have been “on different pages” before sobbing when a psychic’s reading hits close to home.
“Why do you feel like you’re just rebuilding trust?” the psychic asks, as an emotional Lisa replies, “I don’t know.”
Bronwyn, who didn’t leave off on the best note with Lisa at the season 5 reunion, later speculates that Lisa didn’t want John to know she “borrowed” money from “the mystery man” Angie had brought up in years prior.

Bronwyn also seems to be having conflict in her own marriage.
“You know how I feel about when people misunderstand me,” she cries to husband Todd Bradley. “I shouldn’t have to feel misunderstood with you, too.”
After mentions of a potential “mistress,” Bronwyn further worries, “What if I’m wrong and I’m gonna look like a fool and he humiliates me?”

As the preview comes to a close, allegations of bankruptcy, shoplifting and betrayal leave several of the women questioning their friendships with one another.
A surprising rift comes between Mary and Angie, who shares her hopes to remain “sisters” before Mary shuts her down. “Find another one,” Mary snaps.
Later, Meredith points out: “When somebody shows you who they are, you deal with them accordingly.”
Elsewhere in the teaser, Bronwyn and Lisa go head-to-head when Lisa tells her, “You should really go to school.”
Bronwyn then tells Lisa she should “go to work to pay off those f—— lawsuits off,” referencing the legal action taken against her two businesses, Vida Tequila and Luxe Marketing, by a former business partner.
“F— you,” Lisa hits back, as she appears to call Bronwyn a “d— sucker.”
