Taylor Swift is entering a new era, but this one thing is staying the same.
The 14-time Grammy winner left Swifties swirling this week after two major pieces of news dropped: First, the singer was set to make her New Heights podcast debut with Travis and Jason Kelce (yay for more Tayvis moments!) and then in a turn of events, she announced that she’d soon be releasing her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl.
So as you can see, a lot’s changing — but not her white button-up shirt. It’s one style she’s continued to wear throughout various eras of her life, including her off-duty days during both the Reputation Tour and the Eras Tour. They’ve varied slightly from year to year, but it’s clear she’ll reach for them, well, forever and always.

Chico’s No Iron Lurex Stripe Shirt
Chico’s
While we can’t all have nearly $30,000 worth of designer jewelry on our neck and wrist — Swift’s Cartier necklace alone costs more than $11,000 — we can get down (bad) with this $79 button-up from Chico’s. Look closely, and you’ll see it has tiny stripes that are practically invisible, something we didn’t notice Swift’s also had until the second or third glance.
The fabric is designed to stay free from wrinkles, too, so even if you roll your sleeves or tuck it in, it won’t turn into a crinkled, sloppy mess. And bonus, if you’re like us and somehow manage to stain your shirt every single time you wear white, it doesn’t need to go to the dry cleaners like other dress shirts and can just be cleaned in the washing machine.

Quince 100% Organic Cotton Poplin Long Sleeve Shirt
Quince
Since the stripes on Swift’s shirt are barely noticeable to begin with, you could also just keep things classic with a plain white pick like Kate Hudson or Gwyneth Paltrow. This button-up from Quince looks similar to theirs and is both “beautifully made and comfortable on the skin,” according to one shopper, and the “best travel shirt,” claimed another. It’s available in sizes XS to XL, as well as maternity versions, so you can wear it comfortably while working, commuting, or growing a baby bump.
Zeagoo Button-Down Shirt, $18 with Prime
Amazon
This Zeagoo button-up is an Amazon best-seller, and we think we know why. It looks considerably less starchy and stiff than a classic Oxford shirt because of its lighter, gauzier material, and it has a pocket, which even Swift’s doesn’t seem to have. It also “has a slight pattern (weave) to it,” according to a reviewer, so it, too, is similar to the singer’s in that sense. It’s also $18, which is far from a splurge.
