Zoë Kravitz is not afraid to poke fun at her father, Lenny Kravitz.
The Caught Stealing star, 36, hilariously roasted her father, 61, after he posted a black-and-white shirtless photo on Instagram on Tuesday, Aug. 12.
The photo in question showed the rocker walking shirtless with just a pair of jeans on inside a home. He seemingly explained why he was without a shirt, writing in the caption, “Las Vegas. 110 degrees. @virginhotelslv 📸: @rossss_mia.”

Zoë jokingly commented in the comment section, “It’s so hot there. you must be thirsty. stay hydrated ❤️.”
This isn’t the first time she has reacted to some of her father’s fashion choices.
Speaking at Lenny’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in March 2024, Zoê had a portion of her speech dedicated to his love of shirtless looks.

“According to my dad, if it doesn’t expose your nipples, it’s not a shirt. And, sure, it used to embarrass me when you’d pick me up from school as a kid. But I’ve gotta say, at this point, I respect it. You really do pull it off,” she said. “Your relationship with the netted shirt is probably your longest one.”
That August, while appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Zoë was asked about a TikTok of her father wearing leather pants and a mesh shirt as worked out at the gym.
“This is — is this not — this isn’t how everyone’s dad works out?” she quipped. “I was today years old when I learned that wasn’t how everyone’s dad works out. You know, he just — he does his thing man, he’s pulling it off, I don’t know.”
In January, Lenny told PEOPLE that he enjoys being a “bit of an embarrassment at times” for his daughter, who he says has never thought he was cool.

“I don’t think she’s ever gotten to that place, and you’re not supposed to,” said Lenny, who shares Zoë with his ex-wife Lisa Bonet. “She appreciates me for who I am but will always get a good laugh because you are the kid’s father. They’re not going to see you how all those other folks see you. They see everything.”
