Jennifer Aniston’s Suede Tote Bag Is So Smart for Fall

Over the weekend, the actress shared a video on Instagram detailing a new Lolavie release that featured the trendy, summer-to-fall accessory I recently added to my autumn fashion wishlist: a chocolate brown suede tote bag. In the clip, Aniston pulled the new hair product out of her spacious carryall — which was packed to the brim with everyday essentials, mind you — before spraying a few puffs of the dry shampoo into the air.

Aniston’s bag may have fall undertones, but the rest of her outfit, comprised of a heather gray tank top and straight-leg jeans, felt perfectly appropriate for late summer. So, while I may not be able to fully trade in my sundresses for cozy sweaters quite yet, I’m satisfying my fall fashion itch by copying her laid-back look with these pieces from $10.

While Aniston’s fall-ready purse appears to be this shoulder bag from Ralph Lauren, which comes with a $2,800 price tag, I found a similar option at Quince for a fraction of the cost. I appreciate that the handle looks large enough to fit over my shoulders (even with a trench coat or denim jacket on), and I love that the internal slip pocket is large enough to fit a laptop — hello, new work tote!

I am a firm believer that one can never own too many plain tank tops, which is why I’m picking up this Aniston-inspired heather gray option for fall. Not only would it look great styled on its own with jeans, like the actress’s pairing, but I can already see myself layering it under cardigans and lightweight jackets come outerwear season.
