Dani Cimorelli and Emmyn Calleiro are going to be parents!
The Games We Play singer, 25, shared the exciting news on his Instagram, posting a few photos of himself and his wife Dani, also 25, who is best known for formerly being a part of her sisters’ band, Cimorelli, which found fame on YouTube. In the first photo, Emmyn can be seen putting an arm around his wife and smiling.
Dani smiled and leaned into her husband, wearing a cropped black T-shirt that showed off her belly. “In case you don’t see me as much on here – wanted to fill you in that I’m going to become a dad this month and I’m also halfway done with my second album,” Emmyn wrote in his caption.
“If u miss me, play my music that’s on Spotify and know that I’m changing diapers and writing new songs for you. Trying to make something special, see u soon ❤️.”

Dani left Cimorelli in January 2020 after 10 years in the band. At the time, she said “she wants to pursue other career paths outside of music and has made the decision to move on from the band,” per a statement released by her sisters.
Dani and Emmyn got engaged in August 2018 and got married later that year when they were both 19. In a video posted to their shared YouTube channel, the couple spoke about how difficult it was to get engaged and married that young.
“I’m not going to lie guys, it was probably one of the worst few months of my entire life,” Dani said at the time. “August, September, October, November. Some of the worst times of my entire life. Not because of our wedding, but because again, like I said, it was really difficult being 19 and engaged.”
“Just because so many people don’t approve or like it or say negative things or whatever on the Internet or in person,” she explained. “Just so many things.”
Then in 2023, Dani and Emmyn shared on their respective Instagram Stories that they were no longer together. Although the image is no longer up, a fan posted their statement to TikTok.
“Hey guys, we wanted to let you know that we are not together anymore. We still love each other a lot and are still each other’s biggest fans. We are both okay and are still friends ❤️ — Dani and Emmyn,” the statement read.
However, in January 2024, the couple appeared to have reconciled when Emmyn posted a video to his TikTok about his band Games We Play’s new song, “Girl-Shaped Crater.”
“I fell in love for the first time when I was 18. She was the most amazing girl I’d ever met. From the moment I met her, I knew she was the one for me,” Emmyn wrote over the video, which featured his new song. “After almost 5 years, we split up for a while. Being apart from each other felt wrong. It only made me want her more.”
“I always felt like she didn’t realize how amazing she really was. I wrote this song to tell her, and almost didn’t get to show her,” he continued. “It’s how I felt when we were 18, and it’s how I feel now. (We’re back together now).
